Super big and luxurious hotel! Very reasonable. Huge pet walking area. Front desk person Yvonne was very nice and talkative. I had a king size bedroom, which was kind of small but beautifully appointed. I did not like the bathroom fan which should have been on a separate switch than the light. It was noisy.
K-cup coffee maker was a plus. Very reasonable rate with military and rewards club discounts. Plenty of nearby, restaurants, and fast food. I was very pleased to find a super suds car wash nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
Expensive for the room quality. Room had a smell like an older hotel room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was a quiet location.
Breakfast was good for a chain hotel with a nice lobby and eating area
It was easy to find nearby parking with a trailer but it could be challenging if they are full.
Fitness center had three cardio machines and tv's. No weights or space for Calisthenics. The cable machine was broken.
The indoor pool was nice but on the smaller size.
Easy to get to. Really friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best offered at a hotel that we've seen. Rooms were clean and bug free. It was quiet & sufficiently dark in the room for sleeping. I would recommend adding bug proof mattress protectors simply for added protection & client peace of mind.
We were a bit disappointed with the BW Plus. As a Plus, I guess we expected it to be better, but in our room, the terry floor mat and washcloth were damp, there was somebody else's long hair in the sink, and the bed skirt was pulled down and sagging onto the floor. The mattress was softer than we like. It was an attractively appointed room|||The motel is in a convenient location, with sufficient restaurant options nearby. The lobby is pretty. The check in was professional and efficient. ||The breakfast dishes that should have been hot were luke warm. There was plenty of space for dining. They didn't start serving until 6:30, which was later than we would have preferred as a couple of road trippers with many of miles ahead of us. ||It was Easter weekend, so maybe there was a problem with help. It was not awful, but we expected a better experience than it was.
We had 2 kids (1 and 9) and an infant and a suite with a king bed, queen, and pull out couch. After staying in a Best Western Plus in Miami that was incredible, I’m so glad I gave this one a shot. Pool was ok, hot tub small, but another family finally let us have a dip in it. I did call down asking for a blanket for sofa bed and did end up having to go get it myself after bathing all my kids and that was OK. Apparently night staff were late to show up I was told and they forgot my room #. We are all human after all. Quite a few things under sofa bed, could use some vacuuming from time to time but overall room was VERY CLEAN. Trucks and bikes were loud until about midnight, but once midnight hit it was pretty quiet. The latches on the door are extremely loud which was a downside. They have an instant espresso machine in the breakfast area which was AMAZING. Breakfast was omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal bar, pancakes and waffles and fruit. It was superb. Would stay here again, especially if we could get a suite or room on the other side of the building where there is less noise.
Even though I have to come to North Platte on a regular basis, it is always a pleasure to stay at this Best Western. The rooms are always clean, the staff always courteous and helpful. I always. appreciate the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Pets are welcome, they even offer dog treats at the front desk. Hot tea is always available along with coffee. All staff always greets you and seems genuinely happy to see you. Real close to the highway, and is close to many great restuarants (I highly recommend Tempura that is reasonablly price and may be the best Asian food in the area that I've encountered. Have to remember that I hail from South Dakota where there are only two decent Chinese joints.) Y ou can't go wrong with this Best Western.
The service, food and staff were great! We booked online a few hours prior to our arrival. After booking, my wife looked at some more of their rooms and found one that would work better for our family. She called the hotel to see about changing our room and was blown away that they had already upgraded us at no charge based on a special request we had made. Woe!||||We stayed at two other hotels on our trip and this one was the cleanest, best upkept and had the best breakfast which included omelets, fried potatoes and bacon the day we were there. It was all prepared well.||||We were glad this was the last stop on our trip otherwise the others would have been a huge disappointment!||||If your going to be staying in North Platte stay here!
We booked a hotel room here last minute after a horrible experience with another hotel. They were so nice, the hotel was clean and calm and it was a breath of fresh air after leaving the other hotel. The staff was on top of everything and we weren't worried about safety concerns and we had no noise complaints. We will be staying here again. Cannot say enough about how great the staff here is!
