This hotel was perfect in every way. From staff to the location, to the views, rooms were super clean and comfortable. Two bathroom sinks were a plus, water pressure was perfect. The breakfast was excellent from hot to cold choices. The breakfast staff team Jorge, Diego, and Jose were awesome and answered questions about places they recommended. Location is in the downtown area, which is walkable and a 10-minute drive to the Arches. I didn't get a chance to eat at the two attached restaurants because after breakfast we were gone for our adventures, but I'm pretty sure they are great. They even have an outside bonfire pit on the second floor. Oh and they surprised me with a yummy red velvet cupcake and card for my birthday when I got back to my room. Thank you guys for such a great stay!
After long days of hiking and exploring, it was a pleasure to return to this hotel. The staff are accommodating and the rooms clean with comfortable beds and quiet. The outdoor pool is good and the hot tub/spa is great. The breakfast selection is extensive and the outdoor tables on the balcony are nice. I appreciated the specialty coffee machine in the lobby. The location in downtown Moab is convenient (especially if you use a street one block off of 191). We ate at excellent Mexican, Italian and Thai restaurants all close by). I don't always post reviews, but this is well deserved.
We stayed 5 nights in early April. Exceeded all expectations. I rarely give 5 stars. Super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast crew. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! Everything clean/ great housekeeping. Centrally located. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. I only wish I tried the pool, but kids did and liked it. Pool area was nice and kids said it was heated. I loved the outdoor seating area above the lobby. This will be my first choice next time in Moab if I'm staying in a hotel.
Everything about this hotel is perfect, from check in to the breakfast to the onsite laundry. Couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was varied and the gentlemen who care for the breakfast buffet were extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is good-walking distance to many restaurants and fun stores. We have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely return if we're ever back in the Moab area.
Great location, right in the center of Moab. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast crew were fabulous and friendly. The breakfast had many options hot and cold. The room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, sofa and chair.
I also really enjoyed sitting on the patio reading a book and having a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
Keep up the good work, I'll be back.
This is the one! Search no further!...rooms super clean, location A+, safety A+, breakfast was phenomenal, and the breakfast team staff were amazing. Would highly recommend! Views A+ and Arches only 10min away. And there are two restaurants attached to the hotel. The liquor store is two blocks away!
We really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several time. The rooms are great. The staff is friendly. The guys who run the breakfast room are fantastic. They greet everyone when they arrive and when they leave. The location of the hotel is perfect (in town, but setback from Main Street just enough to reduce the road noise. We will stay here again.
The staff was exceptionally friendly. I checked in at nearly midnight, and the man behind the desk was quite friendly, which was so nice after a delayed flight and rough drive to Moab. The breakfast staff greeted every guest every morning and often offered to bus our empty plates, which was above and beyond my expectations. Seating area was clean, and the food was always stocked. Our room was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. It really set a great tone for the rest of our vacation.
