I wish I would have read other reviews before I bought the Groupon. I will try to keep this short.
When you arrive, you have to sign a piece of paper to hold your spot in line because there are only two people working the front desk even though the room probably had 20 people in it.
You have to handover your car keys and they keep them during your entire trip, which gives anybody working their access to your vehicle. there’s no way to double check your vehicle is locked when parked there and there’s absolutely no fence around the parking lot. There’s no opportunity to put sunvisor up in your windshield so your car doesn’t roast in the Florida sun while you’re gone.
The shuttles absolutely do not run every 15 minutes, we saw shuttles from other companies, 2 to 3 times each each, including Wally Park, spot, and action, but we never saw our van. We waited so long drivers from other companies came over and asked us who we were waiting for and they had to text the drivers of best rate to come pick us up. So two texts went to Best Rate and we had to call them again before they picked us up. I waited over an hour for the freaking shuttle.
I’ve probably left over 50 reviews on Google maps and this one has got to be the worst company I’ve ever reviewed.
Worst experience ever. Not proper parking space. my car was stuck in many car. No proper parking space even. they were trying to find car key ???? but didn’t found key. Very bad experience. i don’t recommend any one for parking. see how cars are stuck and no one ready to help
DO NOT PARK HERE I did a reservation with them to get a parking spot and then when I arrived they were overbooked and have not spot available for me! Put my flight, hotel reservations and vacations (money invested) in risk! So I paid to somebody else to take care of my car and don’t lose my trip. Again If you really want to find a competitive parking spot go somewhere else and avoid hard times, don’t risk your travel in hands of people don’t care about costumers!
Stay away from this place they’re running a Bait and switch scam on their website where you make a reservation through their website and you pay for a cover parking when you get to the lot they Claim not to have any cover spots & put you on a Uncover parking outside and and tell me that they don’t have anything to do with the third-party advertising cover parking spots Meanwhile, they do not want to adjust the price back to basic parking price .,They have no integrity they don’t want to listen to what the customer Has to say by over talking you with attitude this is a A ghetto parking lot and so is their service very unprofessional. So again, stay away from this place best rates sucks!!!
My first time ever using off airport parking I will never do it again this place sucks. I took pictures and video of my car before I gave them my keys. I was out of state from Thursday to Sunday. When I went to pick up my car I notice scratches. I immediately let the guy at the front desk know. I also showed him pictures on my car before i gave it to them. He gave me a card and told me to call and talk to Fred because he didn't know what to do in a situation like that. Fred is an horrible manager. He brushed it off saying I parked the car at my own risk like are you serious. I'm upset but I will be taking further actions because this is unacceptable. I do not recommend. This place it's horrible.
The price is ideal. The service at the parking facility is above and beyond. The shuttle service have employees who are helpful and well mannered. The shuttle from the airport back to the parking facility is the only hang-up that I have with them. I will still recommend their company.
BELIEVE THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. You get what you pay for! They have ONE shuttle dropping and picking people up between 3 terminals at MCO. We waited 45 minutes to get picked up. We made 2 phone calls to the office and a very snippy receptionist tried to help me understand that airports are busy and there is traffic. Maybe it has more to do with having ONE shuttle for one the busiest airports in the country. Also, at the drop off before our departing flight, the driver had passengers going to 2 different terminals but didn’t ask when our flights left, so he just randomly chose a terminal to go to. After he dropped off the first passengers, some people came up to ask him question, directions, and whatnot. After several minutes of this I said, “Excuse me, we need to go. We need to get to our flight in the other terminal.” He was immediately pissed and said, “Well, I’m not flying so that’s your problem.” We’ll chalk this up to lesson learned.
After making a reservation over a month in advance, I went to drop my car off and was asked what time my return flight arrived. I was then told that they couldn't take my car because my flight arrived at 11pm. Even though the website says they don't close until 11:45pm. I then had to find an alternative last minute parking solution. I was late to my flight and had to pay to change it.
