Best WLM Reviews
The woman over the phone spoke very softly with a heavy accent, and we both had a difficult time communicating. She actually hung up on me one time because she gave up trying, lol. But, if you can get past the language barrier, the food is absolutely delicious. It's very well worth it, with huge portions (enough for 2 people) and a variety of sides (that come included). I recommend the griot (fried pork platter), you won't regret it!
Awesome fresh tasty Haitian food. Nice people serving (and explaining) the order.
Came here with my wife. Small place, clean and a nice atmosphere with some music. Food was great, portions were large. My wife got fried chicken which was nice and crispy, I got the ox tail which was tender. Each meal came with a lot of rice, macaroni salad, and tostones which were really fresh. Would recommend.
Visited here while working in Naples for a few days. Everything was delicious. We came back that same week to order again before leaving because it was just that good. The macaroni salad is amazing. The griot was nicely seasoned and tender. The bannann was crispy and fresh. The customer service was A+. The legume was perfect and not filled with oil. I'll definitely visit again the next time I'm in Naples.
Delivery was fast the rice was bussin I like the stew but needed to more smooth (pile l pi fen) plantains was hard Black and dry. I didn’t get my pikliz which I PAID for just because I knew they won’t send me any overall it was okay I might other again when I’m in the area to try other dish
I wish I could give less than one star. I called to order for the first time. I even told the lady This was my first time calling. I started by asking them what food was available since sometimes they might not have everything on the menu.
The first thing she said she had available I told her I wanted to order it, and as I was in the process to order more food for other family members. The lady was very rude and followed by telling me that she was Busy and that I needed to hurry up since she needed to get off the phone.
This was a turn off…since she had NO Customer Service priorities. I followed by telling her since she’s Busy and in a hurry let’s just stop there. I love to support my haitian people but when they are rude with no customer service qualities, that’s when I stop supporting them.
I will never order from them again.
The food is amazing!!! Love to support my Haitians. Keep up the good work!
So I've been coming to this place with my brother and sister for a minute now and because it's the only place in this city that has somewhat of decent haitian food. But tonight was a different story when another customer a drunk one at that try to hit me and got in my face. I was ready to beat his behind cause I'm not going to allow no man to step to me wrong idc who you are. But besides that it's a good place to do TOGOs.
