One of the best, most honest, and most reliable mechanics shops in NY. They keep it totally transparent when it comes to figuring out exactly what your car needs. I have a Mercedes CLA 250, and they took care of my issue tight after I was told I needed to change 4 different components/parts elsewhere. It was literally a tiny piece. They saved me 100s of dollars and certainly gained a customer. Ask for Lin, he is the man! ⭐️????
I found this place via Google search, I had a track car project that I wanted to test out and wanted to outsource labor to. Unfortunately, early BMW 335i models overheat too easily for 20 minute racing sessions, so I sold the car. Once I have time for another project car, this place will work on my next project. Loon is a nice guy, transparent, and seems well known locally in Bensonhurst area.
He accidentally dinked my car a bit and told me right away, offered to replace whatever was needed, but I intended the car to get abused so didn’t mind.
He did the following for my car:
1.5 way differential
Engine and turbo Maintenance
Coilovers
Alignment
Poly bushings
Wheels and tires
Fender rolling (slightly but not crazy as I’ve seen at other places)
Bigger radiator
Additional oil coolers
Front/rear sway bars
Lin was awesome. He's very nice and knowledgeable about what the car needs to get done. The car was pulling to the left. He addressed the issue swiftly with an alignment, and the price was fair. Would definitely be bringing in my future cars to him for servicing!
One of the least effective and rudest auto shops staff ever. I took my car in for AC repair. First, they said 2 hours and it would be ready. Then, they said no we're really busy. Bring it tomorrow morning between 8 30- 9 00. I brought it in at about 9:40. They said you're too late. I brought it back by 2 00 pm they said they would take care of it. I left my name and number as they requested so they can get in touch with me with the details and quote. No one called. I went back in by 4 00 and nothing was done to the car. They said oh we know what's wrong with it. We can oder the part. So I asked why didn't you call me then ? The guy got angry, handed me the keys back saying it was already 4 00 pm and he couldn't do it.
I would never either go back again or recommend that place.

Lin the owner is one of the nicest person I ever dealt in this kind of business. He is very humble, polite, patient and a true professional. He is master in his craft and always greets with you with a smile. He figured out the problem in my car in no time and fixed it.

Alignment for 2020 Volkswagen, Car feels great, print out showing what they worked on/corrected. Fast, affordable, friendly service. Definitely would go back.
