What a calm Sunday appt to get a fill and so quick. With a nice double heart design on 2/10 nails it only took 40 mins paid up! I LOVE my nails, thank you.
Very sloppy job on the pedicure, polish pooled around nails, uneven filing and sharp edges. No evidence of sanitizing between clients. Up charge of $7 for a specific type of polish because it was '7 day polish ' and that was NOT a gel polish. Two different people worked on my feet, no explanation of why. Gloves were worn by both techs but not changed when they switched between myself and the woman next to me. Pulling at the cuticles , made me bleed. No wait time and cheap price.
Over all the girl did a good job on my nails and I was happy with the price too! $50 for a gel fill, two nails were broken that needed to be fixed and she put two designs on each ring finger. So not bad! She took care of my cuticles which was nice! Not a lot of salons do it nowadays I noticed...sad....bc it's supposed to come w a fill or a manicure! I waited about 10 minutes for the girl to start on my nails, but overall a good job!
Shotty work. I am always looking for the best in my area, but most give me shotty work. No one is looking for some customers to be totally satisfied so they give us shotty. I am willing to pay for good work. Any recommendations? Hudson Valley.
I have been going to Best Nail & Spa for years. They do a great job on my nails (powder) and pedicure. My daughter who in college now, won't go anywhere else for her manicure (powder) and pedicure.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was great and all that I didn't have to wait in line because there is no one there for a reason. It's not that they did not do a great job but more that they did a terrible job. Supposedly slapping feet means that I have to put them back in the water. They kept talking in their native language the whole time while making faces at me. The paint was all over my toes and they did not Make even the slightest effort to clean it up she just left it like that. I'm surprised I did not get a fungus in my toes but let this be a fair warning to all.
I took a chance on this salon. I had never been here before. It had a calm vibe, no harsh smells, and music.
They started on me right away, no wait.
Overall I had a pleasant experience. I know this will be there place for me when I get my nails done again. For sure.
I always come here. It’s a no frills kind of place and I like that. They do a fantastic job. 4 stars because I usually come during the week. On the weekend, they don’t have enough staff to accommodate the flow of customers. So it’s a rush job. Best advice is to come during the week.
