I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for today at 930 for a haircut and a blow out. I have a wedding to attend later today.
When I walk in I wasn’t greeted by anyone so I waited and then a man approached and I said I was here for 930 appointment haircut and blow out. He said I only asked for a haircut over the phone never said blowout. I most definitely did say blowout and a haircut. I said I have a wedding to go to and he said okay go get washed. I came with a washed wet head to try and speed things up a bit so I let him know. Then as I’m walking over to the chair he said my hair was too much and he couldn’t do it. I do have longer hair but it’s not extremely long.
I think it’s terrible to accept an appointment that you’re not a capable of handling. There was 4 other people in a chair and only one other worker besides himself.
He didn’t even try to accommodate me in anyway and was almost happy I was just walking out.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Eddie is wonderful. I left Best Image Hair Salon, with confidence. Eddie cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it.
I will definitely go back for another hair cut, and recommend Image Hair Salon to my friends and family.
ED IS A GREAT GUY AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP YOUR NEEDS AND STYING DESIRES. I KNOW BECAUSE HE HELPED MY WIFE AND I . BRING PICS AND EXPLAIN TO HIM. HE'S A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT..GOOD LUCK AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
I recently had a bad haircut (not from this place) that I was pretty upset about. I'd asked for a trim of 1 inch and this other person cut off about 5 inches of hair, so needless to say I was quite unhappy with how that went. Thankfully, a friend recommended me to Best Image hair salon here and I'm so glad I went to them to have it fixed. He took the time to listen to me, looked at a few pictures of how my hair used to be and explained what he was doing while showing me as he was fixing things up to make sure we were on the same page. Very patient, caring and friendly. And did a great job fixing it up. Definitely would recommend.
What a terrific place! I'm so excited...walked in around closing last night in need of a "rescue" for a wedding today. I was able to speak with Eddie on the phone and set up an appointment for early this morning with Christina, I am absolutely, 100% satisfied!! Christina did a beautiful job on my hair, highlights, color, cut and blow out with FANTASTIC RESULTS! ♥️
Everyone was very accommodating and friendly, and the service was excellent! Thank you so much for everything! I will be telling ALL my friends and family to get there ASAP! I'm sure you'll be beating back the clients trying to get in at the door, hope you'll have time for me again in about 5 or 6 weeks. I'm definitely a returning client! Thanks again!
Getting my hair cut scares me! But going to Best Image Hair Salon has changed that experience for me. I have had 5 or 6 haircuts at Best Image and am treated like an old friend when I arrive. Eddie, the owner, could not be more charming, professional, or talented. He cut my hair exactly as I asked, gave advice when requested, and I loved the finished results. My last 2 haircuts (when Eddie was unavailable) were done by Theresa. She was equally talented and fantastic. I love my latest haircut and will certainly return. I highly recommend Best Image Hair Salon!
I had my hair cut and styled by Eddie @ Best Image today and couldn't have been happier with the results! He gave me an awesome cut, plus he's friendly and welcoming. I was even in and out in under an hour. I'm always very nervous about trying new stylists, but I'm so glad I did - I will definitely be a return customer!
Filiz did my hair and it came out really nice.
