I hate to do a review like this because their food is good. They are pricey but it's kind of worth it. HOWEVER, they charged me twice for my meal and refused to offer a refund for the second charge. Gave me an excuse told me to check that evening or the next day for it to return to my account and its day 2. They are refusing to refund it or do anything basically telling me to wait. Be careful using your card. Also, tried to pick up my father's order same time, cashier refused to give me the order because I said Singapore noodles and not curry said the rest of the order correctly just not that. Gave her the name on the order and she still refused to give it to me. At this point I will never order food from here...good or not.
First time ordering from here. I had a big order and I was pleased. It was ready to pick up on time and everything was labeled. Food was very good; everyone enjoyed it. Great choices for vegetarians.
I love this local restaurant - the food and service are both fantastic. They have wonderful hot and sour soup, and their chicken dishes were delicious. Lots of great options for all their dishes. I also love the village center it's in - easy parking and convenient to a grocery store and other shops. Walking down the pathway between shops is very nice.
I really loved the Kung Pao chicken - and I felt like I was getting a lot of value for my money with the lunch special!
Ordered meals for my employees and was very dissatisfied. The place is dated and filthy. The staff is rude and abrasive. The food has no taste! What a shame since it's located in a very clean, safe, and well landscaped center.
Thought I would try a new place, never again. The cashews in the Cashew Beef tasted burnt and old. ..also, waaaay too many veggies in the Cashew Beef. This was my first and last time ordering from here.
Haven't been here for 15 years. Tonight i ordered food and it was fair to good. I will only return if the owners clean the place and replace the rusted legs of the tables...it only does carryout now.

We lived in the Kings Contrivance area for 2 years and Best Hunan was a favorite of ours. When we had a craving for take-out, Best Hunan was our place to go. The cashier was always exceptionally friendly and nice. I always ordered "extra spicy" to make sure my meal had enough heat to it. Everytime we ordered, our order was correct. Comfort food at its finest that comes with vegetables that are fresh. For a local, non-chain restaurant, you should definitely go to Best Hunan. I'm sad we've moved out of the area, but I look forward to going back whenever we visit Columbia.
