I recently worked with Brandon and Brad at Five Star - they were both super helpful during the process of getting my BMW from them. I was having some issues with my form of payment and Brandon was extremely understanding and patient during the whole thing. It definitely wouldn’t have happened without Brandon, he was super helpful. I would recommend anyone go to Five Star for any cars. They were upfront and honest about the car and everything they knew about it. This is a great example of people who actually want to help people save money and still get a great car. Idk about the limo service but I did buy a car here. The guys were great. They were fast & professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thanks! I'll see ya in a couple weeks, as soon as I get my bonus I'll be back for the bike ????
Whoever owns this place sucks at communicating I’ve asked them a time 100 times and all they do is send you an address I live an hour away so when all you do is send me an address and know direct time it’s kind of hard to buy a vehicle. I drove up there today someone was in the office but couldn’t walk outside I called the number they had listed and know one answered do not waste your time with this place
Brandon and his team provided excellent service all the way through. This is the second time using them over the years and always a pleasure.
