The location and the Staff and Owner are Great. The honesty and integrity of the staff is something I have not seen in the industry in years. The Shop is a real community staple. The amount of people who came in and were assisted with a vary of troubles and were attended to swiftly and respectfully was just another sign to me I was in the right place for repairs. The business actually works with and for the customer to provide the best and most affordable service they can provide. I am happy to know that I can bring my car to a shop who appreciates and respects me and my vehicle. Thank you to all at the shop you really made my day. Knowing I can safely navigate the roads with my new Brakes and Rotors is Priceless.
Got some general work done from this place. They seemed good and trustworthy, so I went back to them for an issue and inspection. That's when everything changed. Their communication is so poor! Their phones don't work half the time when I try calling, and they never contact me until after I reach out asking for an update. They don't seem to communicate with each other either, because twice when my car was dropped off, it did not get looked at until I called/ went down there asking about it since the person I dropped it off with didn't show up the next day, so no one else bothered to do anything. They offer a cash discount but don't call you until after banks are closed, so large amounts can not be taken out. They replaced 4 sensors in my car that were supposedly needed to pass inspection, but the check engine light came back on within 24 hours, prompting them to try charging me for ANOTHER sensor that needed replacing. That was taken care of, and I got my inspection sticker. Exactly one week later, my check engine light is on again. I got the code read at Autozone so that I can see for myself, and it's the same code/ issue that I was having that supposedly required all of these sensors to be replaced.
I will be taking my car elsewhere, and if I'm told that I did not need any of what this place did or that the parts they gave me are bad, they will be hearing from me.
So disappointing. I used to like this place and I wanted to like them. But the trust is gone
Suspect only takes cash and the problems are often never fixed. Very shifty place. I have known many people that had similar experiences. Went to get an inspection and then told they only take cash for inspections. Several people told me the same. They consented to Apple Pay for one person and charged an extra 20 dollars.
Stopped by to get a couple of things done and was more than happy with the overall service. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, and didn't lie about what the car needed. Plus the lady at the service desk was very personable and made sure I was well taken care of. I'd recommend anyone to come here as well.
They took over my annual checkups when the other dealer closed shop. They are professional, polite and have made me feel as if they had done the work themselves. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I appreciate what they have done.
I Had a great experience today . They were wonderful and polite. They found out the my oil plug was leaking. Glad they found it. I would recommend this company.
Went there because ac blower wasnt working and it was a rainy day and i couldnt look at the car myself , i knew it was either blower or fuse or resistor, went there, Shah insisted that they inspect what is wrong without telling me how much it will cost, after going out and seeing that the mechanic name Jose barely touched the car for 5-10 minutes out of 45 minutes wait, he comes back and say it is both blower and resistor, and i have to pay 50$ for checking, what is wrong which i initially knew, however i went home ordered the parts for almost 300$ next day better weather i figured i can disassemble it and see what seems to be the problem, found out that cables were unplugged and all i had to do is to plug them back in and AC worked. Wrong and fake diagnostic with less than 5-10 minute on car for 50$ , wasted almost an hour of my day and ordered stuff for 300$ that i had to waste my time returning it. I hope the worst things happens to them with that 50$ and every penny they fake diagnose and up-charge everyone. There are decent mechanics everywhere, dont do my mistake by not following the reviews on this business.
Nice guys. Was able to take me in right away and go my tire plugged up for me right away...checked all my tires and added where it 2qw needed. Love anyone that goes that extra mile. Is why they deserve a tip and a great review ???? ????
