I got there at 9:50 AM this morning. Waited till 10:15 AM. 25 minutes wait and someone walks in and tells that he has appointment at 10AM. I get it appointment are priorities but I’ve been cutting my hair at this place since 2016. The old owners are not even there anymore but still it has been my go to place. If I was told that someone has appointment at 10 I would’ve not waited and come back next time. My time’s important too. Even though I always liked my hair cut here, I found a new place to cut my hair now not coming back again. Thank you.

do not go to this salon, they are racist and don’t know how to work on black hair. gross and entitled workers who shouldn’t even have licenses and they can’t do their job at all. i would give them zero stars if i could. moral of the story do not come here unless you want a garbage job done.
Completely ruined my hair in less than 20 minutes. Thought I would treat myself right before my birthday to a haircut since it's been a while.
I said multiple times I wanted dead ends trimmed and long layers. My stylist (Thuy) and another (maybe the owner?) said my hair was uneven and cut it straight across, removing all of my gorgeous layers and about 4 inches of hair that I didnt ask to be cut off. My bangs weren't cut how I asked them to cut them, they were parted down the middle and cut like curtain bangs though I said and motioned I want straight bangs. My hair is different lengths on each side, and it's extremely choppy at the ends.
The woman didn't use scissors or use water. She straightened my hair and used a clipper that's usually used on mens haircuts to give me an uneven line of hair. She didn't use any sort of heat protection products on my hair. I haven't used any sort of heat in 5 years, and my hair is so burnt it still smells almost 9 hours later. It's completely damaged.
When I got to a mirror and looked at my hair, I went right back into the salon. Someone who i think is the owner kept making excuses for the original stylist, first saying I didn't even ask for layers. Then she said that she must not have heard me, and then finally she "forgot" I wanted long layers. I told her it was completely uneven and she looked at me dirty and said "No" without even looking at my hair. She then wanted to cut my hair into short layers by removing another 2-3 of length for short layers when I kept explaining and showing her on my hair what I wanted.
I finally had enough off these people not listening to me and wanted to leave. She refused to take off the coat and kept holding onto my hair even when I was leaning forward in the chair trying to get away from her and saying no repeatedly. I had to raise my voice to be able to leave. She didn't offer a refund for anything.
This sounds insane, and nobody would have believed me if I wasn't on the phone with my Mom the entire time, through both interactions.
Save yourself the nightmare and go to a different salon, one that respects it's customers and listens to what they want for their hair.

I got a hair cut today, and the result was just what I was hoping for. The stylist (Thi) who served me was excellent and very helpful, especially since it was my first time at that salon. They were professional and made me feel comfortable. I definitely plan to revisit and recommend this hair salon to anyone, especially my friends!
I was a little unsure about this place, based on some negative reviews. I felt comfortable there, communication was easy, and the haircut was fantastic! Also, the staff was extremely kind and friendly.

I had my 1st haircut here and they did great. Their price is very reasonable and they cut my hair perfect, exactly how I wanted. They do listen to your request and follow your instruction.
I had to give a star because my son really liked the gentleman who cut my cut sons hair a while back. I was very disappointed because the last time I was there, the lady who cut my sons hair didn't know that we speak vietnamese. My son is half and it really hurt his feelings. NownI am having a difficult time trying to get him to go places with me. The lady kept saying his is so fat." Map qua " . But talking so nice in English.I really liked the place, but I don't think I could bring him back.Its so sad that people who have no idea what he goes through and his situation have the nerve to criticize a child because of his looks and not even knowing that webboth speak and understand the language.
Neverblook at someone and assume they don't speak the language then hurtbthe feelings of others when you are being paid to do your job not to criticize and hurt others.
