Im sad it went out out of now. So what are the people in waukesha post to do without a cab company now?
The ones that can't drive!
I called for a cab. They couldn't even give me a rough eta. After 30 minutes of waiting, I downloaded the Uber app and struggled to enter my credit card information, I'm not very tech savvy and it took me about 10 minutes, and then I ordered an Uber. All that waiting, plus the time it took to download Uber and get a payment method set up, 13 additional minutes waiting for my Uber to arrive, and best cab still hadn't shown up. Initially I asked the cab company how much it would be to go from point A to point B and the response was $24. Uber cost me $12.95, not including the tip I gave my driver. I don't know how best cab is even still in business when they obviously cannot even begin to compete in the transportation market these days.
Glad that this company finally sold the place and is permanently out of business they were using radios and they would say your credit card numbers and expiration dates over the radio system that they used that simple police scanners were able to pick up and that was a big security issue they didn't care and they wonder why so many credit cards got stolen throughout the area because they would continuously broadcast the card number and expiration date and all the other credentials needed in order to steal somebody's information and then they would also lie about the information that it was declined and it was not declined I had plenty of funds on my credit card and they simply stole my information and they got charged with fraud that's what ultimately led the company to go Belly Up and they are no longer around thank God I'm happy that Uber is around‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Called this cab company to request a cab. The man was totally rude and then told me it would be two hours for a one mile trip. Used Uber instead and they were here in ten minutes. Rudeness is no way to get a customer's business especially with the competition they have from Uber and Lyft. This co. is a joke. Def needs renamed.
Wish this company had more availability. Wait times can be to long at times and other times pick up was at the door within minutes.
Very very very rude people call this way if you can't 2 help but get any other ride!????
What a horrible service. Never showed, never called me for directions or to let me know they weren't going to be able to make it. Thanks to them I was an hour late to work, because I had to bicycle 5 miles, in the rain, in 50° temperatures.
When I called in to see what happened and to say something to a manager, the manager told me the driver couldn't find the address. A simple Google search would have provided the correct pin marker on the map. There is no excuse.
When I ask the manager to go to Google maps, and look it up for himself, he told me he didn't have a smart phone. I told him that searching on the computer is going to return the same mark her as it would on a phone. He told me he didn't care about Google.
He then hung up on me.
Called a cab for one of my patrons at the bar who shouldn't be driving. They told me about 30 minutes, they came and they left because they claim no one was waiting outside for them. The didnt honk, they didnt call, they didnt park in front of the door so we could see them. Its night time, it's dark and we waited for an hour and heard nothing from them. I called them and they said they came and left and they are too busy for phone calls. Isnt that what a cab company revolves around? Calls for pick up and calls for arrival? I'm not going to have my regular stand out in below freezing weather for more than 30 minutes waiting for a cab to show.
