My hair looks fantastic, tawnya was incredibly friendly and did a great job of informing me of the best way to care for my hair, as I was making a few pretty big mistakes. The building was very modern in décor and felt very inviting.
Vanessa with Luminous Laser was absolutely amazing! I went in for a touch up treatment after having laser hair removal a few years ago at another place. I was previously experiencing some hair re-growth, but since going to Luminous Laser have not had any hair re-growth! Vanessa was very professional, efficient, and knowledgable. She uses the finest laser with a cooling system, making it pain free! I will definitely be going back for more areas!
Nina does a great job and has great prices for laser hair removal! Terrie has a great selection of facials and is very good/informative. And Tawnya put amazing purple in my hair and made my natural curls better than they've ever been!

I am very frustrated with my experience with Tawnya. I went in for a cut, root touch up and highlights. When I got home I realized that my face, neck and ears there stained from the dye (I still had chucks of the dye inside of my ears). Not only that, but my shirt got ruined with splatters of dye. Because of the stains on my face I put on a hat for the rest for the day. When I got home that night and took off my hat, my hair was ORANGE. ORANGE – no beautiful highlights. I text Tawyna the next morning and sent pictures. She offered to correct it, but when I explained I wasn’t comfortable with coming in to have her do it - things didn’t go well from there. She did offer a partial refund, but it wasn’t enough to even have my hair fixed. When I asked for a full refund, so I could simply go get my hair fixed she let me know that her attorney advised her that she didn’t have to do anything more for me. I don’t think this situation was handled correctly nor was I refunded enough to go have my hair fixed or my shirt replaced. She mentioned that she was sorry, so am I, but that doesn’t correct the situation.

Tawnya is an artist when it comes to hair. Not many stylist know how to cut my hair. It's wavy and coarse with lots of cow licks. Tawnya has given a unique hair cut with some 'sass' as she calls it and I love it. I've become a new client.
Olga has been doing my eye brows for years! She has done both full coverage and just recently microblading for me. She is great at both techniques and at finding what shape and color best fits your face! I would definitely recomend her wether you need to have your brows filled in or need to shape them altogether!
Nina is amazing! Had laser hair removal done several years ago and when I called she remembered me! Very professional.. you can’t go wrong going to this spa!
