The place is small and it is ok. The bad side of it is that if you suffer of Asthma you should not come to this place BECAUSE some people smoke cigarretes inside and Security doesnt do anything to fix it. The smell is strong the your cloth end up with cigarrette smell.

Inside is a good vibe, but the bouncer was picking and choosing who he let in with hoodies all night. He bounced me and a friend for hoodies and told us to go put them in the car, no coat check even offered. So we did, not knowing any better figuring it must be the rules, no big deal. As we come back we notice the sign with the dress code. No where on it does it say hoodies or sweaters. It says SWEATSUITS, ok so no addidas tracksuits, got it, but no where did it say hoodies.
So we noticed this when we came back, but stayed quiet and watched the bouncer let in 3 guys in front of us with hoodies, they shook hands, all good friends..ect. Well ok then, not very welcoming and not a professional look, later then right after he passed these guys, he bounced a couple for wearing hoodies, that were honestly more fashion than the hoodies the other 3 guys were wearing. This continued until eventually he pulled this on the wrong guy, who happened to either know the manager or owner, and after a lot of debating magically the customer was right(he actually was) and was let in by said manager with his hoodie.
Treat people equally, if you dont want hoodies, specify that on the dress code you have displayed and make no exceptions to the rule, wether you know the person or not. It makes your business look unprofessional, and it makes your bouncer look like a clown. I stayed quiet and observed all of this so i wouldnt cause a scene, just for this opportunity to speak up about it.
My best boy no longer owns this place but last time I walked in as a white boy... I came out speaking fluent Spanish for like 13 min till the Corona wore off and I think her name was esmerarelda or marasol.. whatever it was, she was still cute in the morning
If you’re an older crowd - late 20s early 30s- this place is for you. The music is decent depending on the DJ but the bar service is atrocious. The bartenders are all extremely rude and unprofessional, they lure their crowds in with false advertisement and give you unnecessary attitude when you question it. Their latest scam -because this is the second time I’ve encountered this issue with Beso- “Free Drinks before 11!” You get there and there’s a $10 fee at the door and all their watered down drinks are $5. They’re very bad at genuine advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend if you want a really good night out.
It a decent club. The DJ was ok. Everytime you get into a song, the DJ would change it. He didn't do a good job blending the songs into the next song. I won't be going back again. I went on a Saturday and that's when the younger crowd is there.
I actually found the worst night club in Connecticut at Besos Lounge by accident. Don’t waste your time or money there. The more I drank the worse it got. Insecure bouncers and crowd I ever seen. I blame the radio for trying to promote such a bad place. Never catch me there again. A disservice the CT nightlife. Wish I could erase the experience. Warning Don’t Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't even reach the door bouncer yelling no sneakers when I had some ALDO dressy wedges on so i ask him why men allowed with sneakers? I told him these are not sneakers in the meantime I'm talking to him woman are coming out with puma and new balance on with pants. I pointed the people out he says u a woman with a dress on and have sneakers who do that smh rude I ask to speak to owner which I was told by many people that go there regularly say he inside they seen him but the bouncer told me he not there and he not looking for no one I said ok fine no problem.he was told by many party goers I don not have sneakers on type of shoe I'm wearing not sneakers. Whoever decides to go to this club be prepared for the workers to be rude and make sure u dress to bouncers liking I guess
