Went there for a hair trim ! She Didnt even styled my hair after cutting , literally even a hair blower would be great but nope nothing, went home with a wet hair! Took her only 5 Minutes to trim my hair and boom 18 bucks out of the door! Ive never been in a hair salon before where they dont style your hair after haircut! Wierd
Had taken my so to a local place that did not do a good job. So I called Berlin Beauty and they got him in to fix it asap! Mary did a great job fixing the chop cut from earlier. Thank you for getting us in right away!
Berlin Beauty is the BEST. Every single Hair Stylist is friendly and professional. Jill gives the BEST pedicures in the area. Pricing is reasonable and Customer Service is EXTRAORDINARY!!! A TOP business!

I do believe my hair dressers name was Cindy okon. Horrible hair cut on top of that spoke barely two words to me. Breath reeked of booze
