My wife was travelling to Pascagoula recently when her SUV experienced a rough engine. I called Bentwrench late in the afternoon and they took her right in. The next morning 4 overdue spark plugs were replaced and she was able to return home on schedule. The professionalism, empathy and precise technical ability is MOST appreciated. Bravo Zulu, Wish we could give six stars.

Great job good customer service and price was competitive. But I got to give a shootout to the mechanic that was working late for letting me in to get my wife's car the guy went above and beyond to help me out we appreciate it and you guys have a customer for life with that action thanks ????
Very knowledgeable dependable and courteous. Probably some of the last honest mechanics left. I highly recommend had an engine swapped in a 2004 denali Yukon over 3 years ago she still going strong. They found the engine swapped it and guaranteed it for 3 years for a great price and it was a 6.0

You didn’t fix the car and now the brakes have locked up on her while she is driving with her child in the car!! Whoever was responsible for the vehicle while at your shop left it unlocked so someone could get in it. Stole property and performed illegal acts in it. AND you still made her pay for something that wasn’t fixed!
They are honest, real, down to earth people and give you that home-town treatment. No non sense and always give you the lowest price. I LOVE them. NEVER going anywhere else. I learn so much each time.
