Best WLM Reviews
So so so so so good! Affordable, taste of homemade food, tons of selection, fast, clean. Our go-to place when we want a quick and tasty meal!! 1000% recommend you stop by if you are in South Bay! Note that there’s no seating indoor only two tables outside.
The absolute best Taiwanese bento spot in the area, probably in the entire Bay Area. Their prices are reasonable, there are several protein options, and most of all, the sides are plentiful/tasty/home-cooked like. If you opt out of the protein, you can get an extra side instead. Very friendly service as well. Highly recommend.
Tasty bento ????, lined up already on Saturday before 11:30 opening. The price on Google is out dated. ???? starts $14.99, one main dish + 4 small side dishes. Enough portion for 2 adults if you have cooked rice at home. Not oily but too much MSG.
My wife bought a few boxes with different main dish and mixed combinations of side dishes. We all grew up in Taiwan, so the comparison was based on past experience. We didn't have time to take pictures before finishing the dishes.
All the dishes are great. We will go again.
Been meaning to try this place for awhile and stopped in for lunch. It’s definitely a takeout place, very limited seating - 3 tables for 2 outside and I think 2 tables inside. It’s cash only, or $25 minimum for card. Each bento comes with 4 sides. I ordered the #1 braised pork and my friend got the pork cutlet and both were super tasty. It’s a lot of food, especially for the price. Got through half and ate the rest for dinner. Overall, this place totally satisfied my craving for Taiwanese food and I’ll be back again!
5 stars for the wonderful staff. 4 for the food. 4 for the value to money paid. Pork chop bento... pork chop was excellent, side chicken chunks were excellent, side eggs and something else also very good. Baby bok choy greens were so-so, side of squash was so-so.
Quick and easy takeout place that offers excellent traditional Taiwanese bentos with lots of vegetable side dish selections, including bitter melons and braised bamboo shoots. Popcorn chicken, Taiwanese sausages and shrimp/chicken rolls are our favorites. If you are looking for a no hassle takeouts, this is the place for you.
This place used to be a great spot for affordable authentic Taiwanese food. They offered a bento box with a good variety of side dishes, including vegetables, bean curd, and sometimes even sweet-and-sour chicken. Plus, you could swap the rice for another side dish for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the price has increased to nearly $20 and the portions are smaller now. Because of that, I haven't been going there as often lately.
