Sue at Bent or Broken was a pleasure to work with, and the service was top-notch. My John Deere LT166 was picked up from my house, given a full servicing, and was brought back to me running like a dream, all within the same day! Charges were about what I was expecting, labor rate was communicated up-front and the bill was itemized with a complete rundown of work performed - I like transparency. Sue was communicative and kept me informed of progress. Five stars, would recommend!
Poor customer service the lady at the front desk couldn't tell us when the lawnmower would be repaired. She said 2/3 weeks and wanted a 75.00 deposit. She said their work is done by the hour. We went across the street to MacMillion great customer service and it took him 4 minutes to repair our lawnmower for much less than the deposit these people was asking for.
NIKISHA DESHIELDS IS A SCAMMER. She has never entered the premises of BENT OR BROKEN and seeks to lead patrons from us to my dear friend across the street. The truth of the matter is someone came into my business around the time this negative review was made. The person tried to bully me into selling my business to them in a very hostile, harassing and aggressive manner. BENT OR BROKEN IS NOT FOR SALE. STOP THE ATTACKS. MOVE ON AND FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS TO BUY. I feel there is enough business for everyone and wish those in the same type of business much success and wealth. So, we wish you much success and happiness, NIKISHA. Positive thinking and actions are easily achieved. It is more difficult to be negative and try to thwart someone's success. OUR BUSINESS IS STRONG, CONSTANTLY GROWING AND CONTINUES TO THRIVE. Please, know I think highly of the gentleman you referred others to and have a wonderful working relationship with him. I promote his business and refer customers to him daily, because, we do not sell parts and he has everything in stock. MacMillian Outdoor Power Sports sells oil, filters, all types of parts, especially those difficult to find. Bent or Broken does not sell parts.
I love to support local and small businesses. However, their Labor rate is extremely HIGH, $125.00 an hour to have a trigger and cable fixed on a blower is ridiculous. Other unauthorized repairs were performed without notifying us 1st. I wouldn’t recommend leaving or dropping off anything without getting a written quote.
Rude and unprofessional service. We've used this business for a while but they need to make some changes on their staff. Make sure that they are actually doing the work they are charging you for.
Called in to ask if a certain issue on my mower could be fixed, was cut off mid sentence and spoken to as if I were dumb, ei" small engine repair means we can fix anything on a ......." then was asked what my issue was, well I was in the middle of trying to explain that before I was cut off..... no thanks I'll take my business to where they listen to customers
Apparently this place is under new ownership. I don't know anything about the last owner nor do I really care to, but I can tell you that I was very satisfied with my service. The fact that they can come pick up your mower (for a fee) was really convenient for me.
Took in a power hedge trimmer that wouldn’t start or run at 11:45 and it was fixed by 1:30. Excellent service. New owner has completely turned the business around. Pleasantly surprised by reasonable cost
