Best WLM Reviews
This place is absolutely dreadful and filled with individuals of questionable character. Their behavior is utterly rude and discourteous, especially when you dare to question them about the abysmal service they provide. I made the horrendous mistake of entrusting them with my car, only to have them hold onto it for a whopping five months without being able to fix a single issue. To make matters worse, they actually had the audacity to charge me for repairs they didn't even bother to carry out!
Their so-called mechanic seems to be completely clueless, wasting valuable time and charging exorbitant fees for aimlessly poking around my car. When I attempted to inquire about why the car remained unfixed after multiple attempts and charges, this mechanic had the gall to respond with rudeness, insisting that yet another diagnostic was necessary. I reminded them that they had already charged me for previous diagnostic work, but they simply couldn't be bothered to provide any satisfactory answers.
Eventually, I had no choice but to take my car to a different mechanic who promptly identified and resolved the issues. In the end, this despicable place had the nerve to overcharge me by an additional $3000 for absolutely no service rendered. I implore you, please steer clear! Save yourself the agony and frustration of dealing with such an mechanic shop.
I'm new 2 the area. My antifreeze was leaking and my vehicle wouldn't stay on. I was told before I got there,
(by someone else) I probably had a problem with my alternator.
I told a Benito's employee I was going to purchased an alternator just in case that was the issue, and something was leaking. The girl @ the desk told me my vehicle would be ready by the close of business that day (Fri). It wasn't.
Then they called me the next
morning saying I had a leak from my oil gasket adapter. (11.99) They charged me $120 to assess the leak. The work was promised to be done by the afternoon. It wasn't .
So I went there 2 wait on my vehicle, elsewise it would have still been sitting. They closed @ 430pm on Sat. I received my vehicle @ 5pm. They did not check it before they gave it back to me. I drove the vehicle home and it sat in my garage 4 two days. I pulled it out of the garage on Tues only to discover I now had 2 leaks! The antifreeze was still leaking and now also a motor leak! I took it back on Wed. I showed them pictures of the leaks in my garage from where my car was sitting. They said it was excess oil. They wiped it and said it was not leaking and they didn't see any antifreeze leaking. I took the vehicle home again.
I went to drive it on Fri. only 2 find the vehicle still leaking , antifreeze and motor oil in my garage, again. I took the vehicle back 2 them on Sat. I told them the vehicle was still leaking and I showed them additional photos of the leaks. They asked me to leave the vehicle overnight. I took it back 2 them on tues and left it as they asked. They said they would call me the next day.
I called them @ the end of the day on Wed. because they did not call me. They then said my radiator hose and thermostat housing was leaking antifreeze and also my motor oil dipstick was leaking. I explained to them my vehicle wasn't leaking ANY motor oil at all until they so did this so-call repair. My car wasn't leaking motor oil @ all. It wasn't leaking any motor oil when I brought it to them... only the antifreeze which they never repaired. This establishment has poor business ethics and they wanted to charge me 4 the problem they created! To anyone that is considering this auto repair shop I would suggest you seriously consider the reviews. Someone I met recommended this shop. I took their suggestion because I'm new to the area. I should have checked the reviews. This was a horrible experience! My vehicle is still leaking..antifreeze and now oil. I'm now looking for another auto shop to make the repairs...SMH!..I will not allow these people touch my vehicle again. I wasted money paying them for a repair that wasn't needed. They're not professional, just money gougers. They also said they would do an oil change..for $130. R u kidding me!? If there was a rating under 0 they definitely earned it!
Benito told me I needed a solenoid and when I had him replace the solenoid it made my truck drive even worse. Now he's telling me I need something else. Then when I start asking a bunch of questions he all of a sudden doesn't understand English very well. Avoid this place!!!!
And I have never been to a repair shop that had one car lifted above another one. How dangerous is that?!?!?!????
DONT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR FCKED Up AND THEY HAD MY CAR THERE IN THE BACK FOR A WEEK AND NEVER WORKED ON THEN 3 MONTHS AGO THEY CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON MY CAR!!!
I took my truck back to this shop 4 times and still have the same problem. They keep taking my money. The only code was p0755 which is the shift solenoid. First they thought just changing the fluid and strainer would correct the problem. That didn't make good sense to me when the code showed what was needed. It didn't work. Ck engine light came back on with same code. The second time I purchased the solenoid and told them to install since showing that same code. They thought this would correct the problem. It didn't work. The third time they replaced the value body and some wire harness. Again that didn't work. I took back one last time. They didn't know what to do. Each visit I paid except the last visit since no work was done. To make a long story short I paid a total of 594.00 and still have the same problem. I took my truck to another shop and they found the problem and fixed the issue pretty fast. The problem was the shift solenoid B had a short circuit cable was broken. That's it. Broken cable. I could have saved 594 dollars if I would have taken it to the shop that fixed the problem. I will go to the new shop in the future. They charged me less than 150 dollars and they answer my phone calls everything I call. One last thing they always keep your vehicle for days.
Terrible experience. They made me retrieve my own car after getting serviced all the way in the back of their working lot. I am a retired senior citizen and this is completely unacceptable. They parked my vehicle all the way in the back of their working lot and at first refused to move their vehicles that they were working on to let me out of their lot. It took me 45 minutes all together to leave this establishment after getting checked out. They also did not complete all of the services they billed me for. This place takes advantage of people please avoid this place at all costs!
Benito is very unprofessional and rude. The work on my vehicle was not completed after paying for it 2 times and he refused to discuss my concerns. I am taking my business elsewhere.
First of all I’m not one to complain…g but horrible customer service. They don’t even take the time to greet you, and just put a clipboard on the desk for you to fill out! I leave for about an hour and when I arrived the girl had her B**** face and didn’t even tell me hey this is why you were charged this (96 dollars) for an oil change to a 07 dodge caliber. I’ve always gotten synthetic oil in other auto repairs and I’ve never been charge almost $100 for a freaking oil change. Plus after I drove 5 min I notice they never added the sticker for the next oil change. So I call and go back and still the same attitude. Lesson learned not going back.
