First time coming here for my husband and I. The service was pretty good. A little hard to hear our host but nevertheless she was very sweet & did a good job hosting. The chef was nice and also did a performance but we asked for our steak Medium and he cooked it well done. Overall the experience was good but the food I can say was subpar.
Celebrated my birthday and our anniversary here in the Summer 2023. The restaurant is very beautiful. I love the decor. The service was great. We were seated with some great people. Conversation was good and so was food!
Beautiful restaurant inside the Westgate Hotel and Casino. We enjoyed their teppan food service. We ordered lobster and steak, chicken and steak, tuna steak, soba noodles with beef, cabbage mix, and steak and shrimp. All entrees were cooked well by our chef.
Our waitress was exceptional in keeping our drink orders coming and clearing our used dishes as we ate each dinner course.
Enjoyed this dining experience, so we'll be back in the future. ????????
This is my first time coming to Benihana celebrated my birthday. Beautiful atmosphere, great chef. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back. I had a wonderful experience
Would like to give 5 stars on behalf of the chef who was fantastic. Waitress was struggling and forgot to bring drinks. Once we got drinks they were too sweet and I couldn't finish the drink. Other than that food was excellent and atmosphere was great.
Can you say TRADITION? Let’s try CLASSIC! This place gets better with time! I remember coming here in the 80’s, 90’s and now in the New Millennium! YES! From the ???? to the ???? and the BEST FOOD ENTERTAINMENT!!! 5⭐️
Nine of us went to dine at this Japanese restaurant, we got the Teppanyaki (Hibachi) grill, but a couple of us wanted to share a 5 course meal, as there is the only thing prepared there (and 6 course too, there are no stand alone dishes) we didn't want to eat that much. Well, hostess Amy was very rude and told us we couldn't do that, you have to order, and pay, for one meal per person ($35-$55). We decided to not order anything until we figured out what to do, so we didn't get a fork, chopsticks or even a napkin. We ended up eating a side order of chicken rice. A girl in our party wanted a refill on a lemonade with no ice, Amy again was rude and told her to have it with ice, until the next refill. I don't know if this is an act of they are that rude, but it takes a lot form the experience of great dining, especially since the food is quite tasty and the place is like a Japanese garden.
On the other hand, Cheff Tommy was a delight, quite entertaining, very skilled with the knives and had a razor-sharp sense of humor. The Shrimp and chicken (yes Amy, we ended up sharing when you weren't looking) were great, the rice could be a little better. Those that had steak loved it. I won't say avoid, but be prepared to be roughed up.
Sat promptly with reservation. beautiful restaurant, wonderful staff. Food was good. One or two hiccups with the orders but quickly resolved when read back by the chef!
