Terrible service… called made an appointment for them to fix my car.. had my car towed to their shop… they refused to fix my car. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend… ended up fixing my car myself …in just 3 days … I’m no mechanic but it’s an old vw bug.. easy as plug and play .
Great service, as well as advice. Not too busy, but certainly worth it compared to many other shops in town. In fact, I would place Ben's on the Top 10 list.
