Best WLM Reviews
Stopped by for happy hour on a Sunday. Overall I was very happy with the value and quality of the food and drinks.
We tried the four cocktails on the menu and they were all good - my fav was the sandia margarita, but the spicy pineapple marg was also surprisingly good.
The shishito peppers were a good value, and tacos were tasty (slightly preferred the al pastor).
Overall this place is a great happy hour stop, especially on weekends.
Definitely tacos are amazing!!! I recommend the alambre and asada tacos! There delicious!
I tried the monthly drink choice and it was okay. If you want to try a beverage try the cash beltran!!
For dessert check out the churro but I highly recommend the pastelito frito. It's very good.
Anya was such an awesome waitress. She was super slow even though there was only 2 tables full. But she was so kind and friendly.
Don't forget the order you seat your tables! (server seated us) Getting skipped over for a party that arrived 10 minutes after us was very dissapointing, mistakes happen!
Thankfully, the delicious food was on point and exceptionally fresh! We love the margaritas and the happy hour specials. Will be back!
The birria tacos are some of the best in the state. Hands down some of the best tacos I've had, and the waitresses and front of house were top-notch. Stop reading this review and go grab some tacos from Beltrans it's worth the stop.
Service was terrible, at least our waitress was. She basically ignored us the whole time. Ordered guacamole & chips and it didn't taste like anything. Waited, waited, waited, & waited to ask for salt, pepper, & lemon or lime to fix the guacamole and finally gave up. We took a salt shaker from another table & went up to the bar to ask for lemon. Order tripa taco & could Not eat it! It was bland and the tripas had been microwaved so they were very hard or chewy, like leather. Horrible place to eat at! Not going back.
We have come here a few times, its a great place owned by a very nice and humble family. The food is delicious!. They have the best tacos (Birria Tacos, Alpastor Taco, Carnitas Taco, Asada Taco, Tripas Taco, Barbacoa Taco), Papas a la Arrachera, Street Corn, Menudo, drinks and vegetarian tacos that I enjoyed even that I'm not a vegetarian but I love the veggie taco because it comes with nopalito (cactus).
The drinks are very delicious especially the one called Spicy Pineapple Margarita. That drink is one of my favorite drinks because it has a unique flavor due to the jalapeño slices that they put in it (see picture attached). They have a wide variety of drinks like Villa Limon, Chihuahuitas, La Juanita, etc...
Mike and Jeremy are great bartenders, They and Aaron are always making sure everything runs smoothly and customers are well taken care of.
Ordered a carnitas burrito. The meat was good but the "green chili" was crazy salty and gross. My water glass had lipstick on it. The fork had stuck food on it. Overall not a great experience. Will not be back.
Disappointed, the quality is slipping. The food can be good, but it’s hit or miss. Tonight we ordered a smothered asada burrito and an asada quesadilla. The “smothered” burrito had so little sauce. We know they go lighter on the green chili sauce than we think is appropriate, so we always order, and pay for, an extra side of sauce. The extra side of sauce was half full. I’m left wondering if they ran out. As for the quesadilla, we live very close to the restaurant but by the time we got home the quesadilla was soggy from the water in their pico de gallo.
