Went in and asked for full highlights. Walked out with splotchy hair. I went back the next day and they told me it was fine that it was because i had more Grey on one side, and they didn't even trim my hair right. I went to another salon and they fixed my color and cut. Went back to bella to let them know and another lady said that they don't do roots when they do a full highlight. And would not give any kind of a refund for a huge mess they left me with. Luckily the new salon will be my forever go to and i do not recommend these people.
Please save yourself from a massive health hazard. My husband got a haircut here. He noticed that the woman cutting his hair was not cleaning her tools between clients. Now my husband has ringworm because of dirty tools and she cut him while doing his fade. His recovery has been horrible!!

I have been a customer for almost 10 years, I always come to see Vilma. She does my hair and my kids too, she is very special to us since she knows how to do her job and share her love.
I came here to get a haircut 30 mins before closing time and the doors were locked. A customer and I knocked on the door and it was finally answered by the owner Bella. Instead of getting greeted with a smile she greeted us more with attitude because we came so close to closing time. The lady that cut my hair was great, very friendly. When I went to go pay my bill she told a previous customer and myself that it was $25. When I got my receipt and it said $30 I confronted her about it and she told me that the prices had gone up and that there were signs outside posted. When I walked outside and checked there was nothing to prove that to be true. I will never comes here again and I suggest anybody who tries better make sure to check your receipt because I almost didn't catch it. I think this lady is just making up prices because it's her business and she feels she can. Very disappointed ????
Horrible experience. Went in for my usual haircut nothing fancy. She used the buzzer so quick and aggressively it kept getting caught in my hair. I’ve never seen someone use that machine that fast. She cut my neck all up and I had to put cream on it. And he equipment was filled with other people’s hair. I have short straight black hair and her cutters had blonde curly hair and black curly hair. She seemed like she was in a hurry. Don’t recommend.
This little place is amazing, I like DIFFERENT small salons you meet the best hard working ladies and my hair looks amazing, I love this place's, hidden gem I put more emphasis on kindness and how I am treated than anything elles.
Bella’s salon has always been 1st choice for me and my family! Have been a Leander resident for 8 yrs and Bella’s salon has my business for many more to come .
