First time here, but it definitely won't be our last. The BEST Italian food we've ever had! Its a cute little place, feels quaint. Our waitress and all the staff were amazing and friendly. We love love love this place! I had the Cheese Ravioli, and my husband had the Shrimp Linguine. It's worth your time (and money) to visit! You won't regret it. (They do not sell alcohol, but apparently, you can BYOB!)
We have heard several people talk about how good the food is at Bella Roma. Tonight, a group of 6 of us went over there for dinner.
The place was pretty crowded. I suggest maybe a reservation if your a larger group if possible. They do have a few larger tables which can easily accommodate 6-10 people. The menu offered so much variety of Italian based pastas. It was really difficult to decide which dish was going to hit my plate today? I ordered the Pasta carbonara. When the food was delivered, everything looled excellent, was hot and the aroma made you want pick up your fork and dig right in? Everyone at the table was talking about how good this meal is. And we're already making plans for return visit.
What an absolutely phenomenal experience!!! Short story...a friend who lives in the area posted how great this place was on FB so I decided to check it out. What a brilliant move on my part! We get there and are warmly greeted and sat. The server is a wonderful young lady who tells us a little about some of the items we are interested and quickly gets our drinks and lets us be to check over the rest of the menu. She is very attentive and comes back and takes our order. She brings us some of the most amazing knotted dinner bread. The salads come out and are TOP notch. The bowls are cold as they should be and they have just the right amount of dressing. The dinner comes out and both of our orders are better than most any other Italian restaurant we've been to. We were checked on repeatedly by both our server and a nice lady who we later found out was the owner. They've got this figured out and are just doing it RIGHT! We drove a decent distance to get here and I'd do it again tomorrow! COME TRY THIS PLACE! You won't regret it and it will become your new favorite just as it's become ours!
If someone else were buying, I would turn around and go right back there right now and eat that same meal all over again. It’s a little place in a little town. I almost drove right past it. But it was more than worth the 30-minute drive to Edinburg.
They had me hooked from my first bite of those rolls. I don’t know that I have ever had better. My wife ordered lasagna, and I had the chicken and shrimp tetrazzini. Oh man. At least six ounces of chicken and three of the plumpest, sweetest jumbo shrimp I have had this side of Louisiana, perfectly cooked. With just the right amount of pasta, so I left full, but not miserable. We split a tiramisu for dessert. Yes, it was homemade, and yes, it was fantastic.
Now I have got nothing against Olive Garden. But I have to tell you…if I can drive the same distance (give or take a mile or two) and pay the same price to get food this much better? I think I am going to be wearing out the back roads of Northern Christian County. Besides, the menu is humongous, so I am going to have to go back a few more times just to get a fair sampling.
Though honestly, they could just bring me those rolls and a bowl of Alla Panna, and I’d be good.

We have dined in and ordered Pizza for takeout both were good! Glad we moved out this way! Just a few miles out of Rochester and not to far from Bella Roma ????❤️☝️
If you live in Edinburg, you have access to some of the best Italian food in the area, right down the street. Food - 4/5. If you live closer to Springfield, it's not really worth the drive. There are closer places with food just as good, if not better, and the service will probably be better too. The night we went, there was one waitress for the whole place. Service - 3/5. Side note --- While I don't personally care about the aesthetics of a place that much, if you're a person who does, be prepared to eat in a room decorated with Goodwill decor that could easily be any other type of restaurant or business. Stickers of random words, music notes, a guitar, and a......picture of Marilyn Monroe? Atmosphere - 1/5 as there is really no atmosphere. I'd call the decor an afterthought if there was any thought involved at all.
Food was plentiful and fantastic! Large menu to pick from-waitress was polite, informative and attentive, but not overbearing. Atmosphere was perfect, you can dress up or not-come as you are-I wore jeans. I haven’t raved about a restaurant for a long time but I’ve told many people about this place! I loved it!
I had the ravioli alfredo, and it was delicious! The pasta is fresh and very good. The meal came with complementary bread that is yummy. You can add dipping sauces for them as well. Though the sauces are not complimentary, they are worth it!
The decor gives cute hometown vibes, and the food is top notch ???? It was pricey, but I thought it was worth it. I went home full, but I needed a nap afterward!
