The food was excellent! Everything was hot and fresh, from the plain cheese pizza to the mashed potato pizza we decided to try. The garlic bread was top notch, with a generous helping of garlic butter! The staff was extremely friendly, and greeted us as soon as we walked in.
I can't comment on the atmosphere, since we did take out.
Today we went to eat at the pizzeria, my family and I were 5 people at 9:05 pm and the pizzeria is supposed to close at 10 pm, but since we arrived the two women who were at the front serving the cashier when They saw that we were going to sit down and told us with a very rude attitude, are you going to eat here? Then my husband asked them, are they already closing? and they both said that in 20 minutes the staff starts cleaning and that in 45 minutes they closed in a very derogatory and rude way; That's why we didn't eat and we went to eat somewhere that served us better.
The 2 stars is only for the girl that took my order on the phone and the one that cashed me out at the register. I haven't gone here in years due to a really bad experience with a delivery driver and the manager who did not handle the situation. I tried to find an email address on your website powered by slice. There is none. It would have avoided this negative review depending on how you handle it. I always got the same thing from here. BBQ chicken pizza and a Hawaiian. For $35 for these 2 pizzas that are pretty much equivalent to Little Ceasars, it is pricing yourself out of the market. They are completely undercooked, and there is absolutely no flavor to the BBQ chicken pizza. The Hawaiian barely has any ham. The only reason I am not getting in the car and returning is because it is date night with just the wife, and we already had a glass of wine. This pizza is really disgusting. I can't believe how it went this far down. It was great when the father and son were the cooks there. My daughter even worked here 8 years ago. Damn shame.
Was told 15-20 mins foe 2 cold sandwiches! Noone else in building. 9 people 'working'; when in reality 4-5 were joking around. Was told that they're really busy! Dude making sandwiches was on his phone for the first 5 minutes of our 20 mins! Sandwiches were just okay.
I had a lovely mini pizza from Bella Napoli! The atmosphere was friendly and the lovely phone girl was full of smiles! I will definitely come here again (especially for the ranch)!
I ordered online, for delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. At 11pm, I found some of the food on my front porch, with some rodent eating it. $40 of food wasted and no email to contact Bella. Slice won’t respond to me. *Their response ‘we hope to make it up to you* What I deserve is a refund! This was so unacceptable! Why would I (a long time customer), order from you again when I had to throw out $40 of food & didn’t even eat that night???
Happy to say, Bella Napoli made things right by getting my money refunded. Slice on the other hand, was the one in the wrong, wouldn’t help me, told me it was Bella Napoli’s problem. I love Bella Napoli, but will only do pick up from now on. Slice is horrible for what they did. Wish Bella Napoli didn’t use them.
This is what I received for $8.95, 2 meatballs between 2 sliced bread and the meatballs was not fully cooked. What a disgrace and a waste.
Im costumer for many years but no more I buy 1 large pie when I pick up the size is to small y pay 28 dls for one pizza like a dominos pizza size sorry but for this size I prefer pay 10 dls in little Cesar
