Very kind & professional people working here. They were able to get my daughter and I in for a full set of acrylic nails at the last minute near closing. They did a great job for both of us. The woman doing my nails helped pick a color for me when I started to worry the one I had chosen was too dark. She added a little glitter at the tips and they turned out perfect. The woman doing my daughter's nails did a great job too. They were pretty insistent we should get gel polish. At first I didn't think it would matter that much, but they were absolutely right! It's been 3 weeks. I trimmed and filed mine because I couldn't type with them long. I'm not careful with them and sometimes do rough work, like handling sand and rocks to fill a bird bath, and then packing and moving things out of two rooms for a remodel. There isn't a chip in sight. They're absolutely perfect. No sign of them falling off. I'm not going to keep getting my nails done, it's just not my thing, but on the special occasions when I do, I'll definitely be going back here, and I'll absolutely get the gel polish!
The nail tech that did my nails was so kind and made she I loved my nails after every step. Will definitely be coming back.
I have been going here for five years and have been very happy with them! I always have quality work and the people are very friendly and actually care about you. I have gone elsewhere when out of town and never gotten the same quality or caring. Keep up the good work guys!!
Had second set of pink ombre dip nails done by Liean (sp?) Once again, they are beautiful. She is very careful and truly listens about what I want. Had an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of very skilled nail artists . ????????????????????
My wife and I having been using Bella Nails since we moved from California. They are the best nail salon in the area. The staff are friendly, polite and responsive to customer requests. Some have complained that services at Bella Nails cost more, “but you get what you pay for.” I recommend them without reservation.
Overpriced and asking for tips to do their job. It’s one thing if I felt they were going above and beyond, but for a regular mani pedi there’s no reason to be paying nearly $450 including tips. It’s ridiculous and annoying. Less than zero stars to be honest
I went to Bella Nails as a walk-in client to get a set of acrylic nails with gel polish. The staff are kind and direct, and are mostly bilingual, speaking English and what I think is Vietnamese. I had the pleasure of having Tim as my manicurist, she was very kind and tried to keep conversation going while still providing a detailed and clean manicure. She made sure my acrylics looked as natural as they could and recommended colors to me very kindly. If I recall right, my nails cost me around $40. The store is ambient, and repeat visitors get a discount if they have a business card that's been signed off 5 times. I am not a nail technician nor am I aware of Washington's state requirements for nail tool cleaning and usage, but it looks like each technician has their own kit and a few pieces didn't look thoroughly sanitized or brand-new (regarding items like files, buffing blocks, etc. that come into contact with many peoples' nails; some looked like they had residue from past clients on them.) I could have been mistaken, though. Overall my experience was great, and I would recommend Bella Nails for anyone who likes a good set of acrylic nails.
I had called ahead to make an appointment for a fill (after having gone to a place in Tacoma that had butchered my nails at my last appointment). The woman who did my nails was amazing! She took her time, was super friendly and gentle, and did an amazing job with the design I had wanted. I’m for sure going back for my next fill! 10/10
