Alyssa Hoffman is an incredible hairstylist! I love her and am so thankful I found her. Every stylist I’ve seen working here always makes sure their clients leave looking fabulous, too, though!
As much as i loved this salon and the owner amanda who cut and color my hair, i had to leave. I only went 3 times ( well 2 physical times and a 3rd scheduled) . Every time i had an apt. There was always an issue/excuse a few days or day of with the owner and my apt. My last apt. The 3rd one i called to confirm day of and the receptionist said amanada is in florida. No call what so ever for changing/cancelling my apt that I had scheduled back in December of 2022. It was always an excuse every single time i had an upcoming apt.
Its really a shame thay the owner acted like this. The receptionist said she informed the owner but i never recieved a call or text...
I wouldn't waste your time at this salon unfortunately...
The BEST highlights I have ever had the honor of having on my head! Amanda is a miracle worker!!! She took so much time to listen to what I wanted, and I really appreciated that there was no double/triple booking going on which is hard to find in salons now a days. All of the staff are so sweet, patient, and talented - not to mention the salon itself is gorgeous. They are fair with pricing and know how to deliver exactly what you are looking for. Blondes, you won't be disappointed!
From start to finish amazing quality service. I cannot thank Carina who did my cut and color enough. Every Salon I’ve been to has been scissor happy, and chops off more then I’d like of my locks. She gave me the perfect cut. Couldn’t have imagined it better. As for color I went in there with some vague idea of what I was looking for. I didn’t want my natural brunette hair lost in a lot of color. She beautifully blended in a deep mahogany red (her recommendation) in with my natural color. It’s absolutely stunning. Thank you a bunch! And now I can’t wait for my next appointment.
Beautiful salon.... Cute area for brides.... All the artists there are so nice and welcoming! My favorite is Cynthia! Listens to my main idea and I tell her to do the rest and I've never been disappointed!!! Highly recommend this salon!!!
Cynthia did an amazing job on my hair. I am african american and caucasian so to find a stylist that knows the right products, tools and techniques is very important to me.
I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Amanda, the owner, during one of her visits to NYC. From the moment she introduced herself I felt comfortable. She is warm and charasmatic. Oh and her hair was on point. I am a Puerto Rican curly haired girl. Between 3b & 3c hair type I would say. She managed my hair with confidence and utmost professionalism. It can be intimidaing sometimes with so much hair! My hair came out beautiful. It was a haircut with a curly style that I can rock for a few days. I wish she lived in NYC but will def keep her and he does salon in mind if I am ever in Buffalo! The curl gods answered buffalo's prayers if you ask me !
Cynthia is amazing. She has done my hair for a couple of years now and she is so sweet and polite. Love her
