I had my 2004 Toyota Sequoia painted at Bell’s. It took a bit but the final results were really nice. My old girl looks great! I started out with a lot of rock chips, and at some point it’s cheaper to just paint everything. She a rust free Texas truck with a Toyota V8, worthy of restoration. thank you Tim and Brittany.
Tim and his daughters took wonderful care of me and my Camaro. Bells was the fourth place I had brought my car. Other shops started the work but then left it outdoors. My Camaro turned into mess inside and out. Bells had it during the time of the pandemic which was difficult for all but continued to work on it. I am so very happy and grateful for the professionalism Bells had restoring my car.
Awful! I returned the car twice! My bumper was not fastened down. The sunroof was leaking water . I was told by another bidy works place that the piece was left out.
Also, I had pinstriping on the car. But it was returned with super super fat stiping that was so it was very ugly!! And not the florida gators color. And the owner and his daughter told me they had leftover striping from the car b4. It was super thick striping and the wrong color!!! I got whatever car b4 wanted in color. They said aloud that they have leftover striping from the car b4 me.!! Warning! His daughter runs the financial aspects and he the owner is her dad is retired and NOT Qualified @!!!
Very good work. Had my Civic repainted on a few panels. Great color matching, and no overspray. The job finished two days past the agreed upon pickup date, but it was worth the extra time.
I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis and Was a little skeptical with Bells because of the price they were giving me was too good to be true. Everyone wanted to charge me $2000+. To change a door and repaint. Not saying it wasn’t a lot of work. But after the work was done and I saw the results, I was 100% satisfied. Recommend this place for any automotive body shop work. The guy Roy is really personable and friendly.
Chose to take my Mom's car here to repair damage from a parking lot accident after a friendly telephone conversation. 100 percent pleased with the work they performed! Her car looks like it never happened. I believe it is a family (father/daughter) business and both were so nice and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this shop!
WARNING!!! WARNING!!! I wish I was able to give Bells paint and body zero stars, because they certainly earned it. I have lived in the area my entire life, and Bells has always been the go-to paint and body shop. They were always family owned, and their work was second to no one. Wow, how things have changed!! My whole ordeal started when my truck was hit in a parking lot. The damage was minor, so I just decided to pay for it out of pocket. So, I called Bells up on the phone, and gave them a description of what I needed done. The body guy told me it would be no more than $400. I thought that sounded fair, so I made an appointment to drop my truck off. On the day my truck was supposed to completed, I received a call from a lady at 4 pm telling me my truck was ready for pick-up. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to bring $500 cash to pay for my truck. I questioned the extra $100, and she said the body guy spent more time on my truck than he expected. Never was I forewarned about this increase. I asked her why I needed to bring cash, and she said they didn’t take credit cards. This information would have been nice to know the day I dropped my truck off. Anyway, I showed up to Bells with $500 cash like requested. When they showed me my truck, I honestly can’t put into words how bad my truck looked. The first thing, and most obvious, was white over-spray all over the left side of my BLACK TRUCK!!!! At first, I thought maybe it was dust, so I tried wiping it off with my hand, nothing!! Then I tried scraping it of with my finger nail, nothing!! This is when I knew it was over-spray. I questioned the body guy about it, and both him and the receptionist started making excusing telling me it just needed to be washed. That’s funny because over the phone she told me they washed my truck. This was a flat out lie, because my truck was filthy. After addressing the over-spray, my eye went straight to all the clear coat drips. There were 11 clear coat drippings throughout the wheel well, the body line trim, and gas cap cover. Then there was the pitting all throughout the paint, not orange peel, I would rather seen orange peel. Then there was the white powder all over the inside of my truck. I could have lived with how dirty they left my truck, but the over-spray and the paint job they did on the rear quarter panel was hideous. The worst part about the whole experience was the body guy, and the receptionist both verbally attack me every time I pointed out something on my truck. My wife, who wouldn’t know a good paint job if it slapped her the face, couldn’t not believe how bad my truck looked. On top of everything, the body guys eyes were blood shot red, and reeked of alcohol. It literally was the most unprofessional experience of my life. I held my ground, and insisted they fix my truck. They were kind of backed up against a wall, because I hadn’t paid them yet. He told me to bring it back next week, but I would need to pay him the cash today. I told him I would pay when the job was complete. During the week I had my truck, I took it to be detailed, and was charged $100 to buff out all the over-spray on the left side of my truck. The person detailing my truck had never seen anything like this before. So, a week later I brought my truck back, and dropped it off for 3 days. When I arrived to pick my truck up, there was no white over spray, and at first glance the paint looked pretty good. So, I went inside and paid $500 cash for the work. While I was inside, my wife was looking at the paint, and noticed the same pitting from the body line down. I didn’t originally see this because of the lighting outside, but sure enough, the pitting was worse than before. I went inside to find the body guy to see if this was something that could be wet sanded out. He told me he was done and would not be doing anything else to my truck. I knew I was getting no where with this person, so I just left with my truck, and decided to handle matters through the legal system. My suggestion is to steer clear of Bells paint and body!!!!
Don't go there. Tim will quote you one price, and at the end will charge you more with no real reason. Paint work... they dont pay attention to details... again..find another place to repair your car.
