Best WLM Reviews
For a Saturday at lunchtime we expected a wait and after 20 minutes we were able to get a seat once they gave us a call. They promptly took our order and all our food and drinks came out fast and all tasted great. Highly reccomend the omelets, they are huge and very filling. Also the coffee flights are tasty too.
This is one of those places where you want to write a review so they know they’re doing a great job, but you also don’t want a ton of people taking up space at your favorite cafe once they find it. The food was fantastic with diet restrictive options great portions. The service was excellent, and they have a little outdoor seating area blocked off from the parking lot with really chill vibes. The best part though was the latte flight, which was delicious. We can’t wait to visit again.
We visited around mid morning, 930a or so. The cafe is a small hole in the wall, but with a calm, homey atmosphere and plenty of seating. The staff seemed pretty young, but they made quaint small talk and expressed interest in their customers needs and preferences. We ordered the latte flights, which were served and cute little maybe 4-6oz glasses and the flavors switch out seasonally. They were brought to us pretty quickly and were informed which was which, our server was also quick to ask if we wanted water with them which we gladly took. My only complaint is we were never offered straws at any point, but it is posted that the restaurant has environmentally conscious goals with single serve and reusable items. We ordered the fully loaded omelette and the chicken biscuit, but with a side of the homestyle potatoes. The omelette was definitely fully loaded with a variety of veggies and hot. The chicken biscuit didn’t quite hit the mark. While the biscuit is plentiful in size and flavor, it was dry and tough to get through. The fried chicken was hot and served between the biscuit with two thick slices of cheese. There was no sauce served with it or on the biscuit, but I’m pretty sure it was listed to have something from the description on the menu. Again, it had good flavor and a plentiful portion, but the biscuit was not warm at all while the chicken had been just fried and it was terribly dry. The potatoes also had good seasoning, but were not even close to room no on the plate. Service was great, food was okay but not worth the price, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. It had the flare of upscale with their ideas, but missed the mark with room temp food. Had the biscuit been warmed and served with a sauce, it would’ve been lovely.
Omg...I had the lump crabcake with cheese biscuits and two fried eggs hard with a side of hollandaise sauce and potatoes. Talk about delicious. All the flavors combined are so tasty. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu choices.
We went to Bell Cafe for a late brunch/lunch. They’re 4 of us and we ordered a lot! To start the pimento cheese appetizer was very good. The crispy Brussel sprouts didn’t have anything crispy about them and after I left, I realized they were missing the cheese on top although the pic shows one or two pieces.
Entrees ordered included Eggs Benedict that looked amazing, the fried chicken Cobb salad and a Reuben plus a waffle in the side. The waffle wasn’t crispy at all and was remade. I had the salad and it was great.
Overall, I would go back and give it another try. The waitress was friendly and attentive and the serving team all worked together.
Great little dine in cafe. The latte flight was awesome! My favorite was the dirty chai. I ordered the chicken biscuit. Whew! Portion was high. It was enough for two meals. The side salad was garden fresh and homemade ranch was top tier!
The food was a little under seasoned for my taste. It took a couple of times for my friends and I to get our food to come out correctly... but our server (who wasn't our server) was spot on.
It was decent food and the place was cute. It was a little sparse inside but it was still inviting. It's a very popular place though. I love that it's locally owned. The outside patio area is very inviting and the service here was pretty quick. They have a decent drink menu and my cream mimosa was really good. The food is decent as well. Our order for my family was the grilled cheese sandwich with shoestring fries, the caramel apple waffle, side of eggs, the cinnamon roll waffle and the cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy and a side of breakfast potatoes. Staff is friendly and attentive.
