I ain’t gon hold you it’s one of the worst Chinese food spots I’ve ever had in life. Everything is bland and tasteless! The orange chicken is full of dough, no chicken is inside. They give you a lot of peppers and onions but no beef. The spring rolls were nasty. A complete waste of $50
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and will be my last . I ordered the Bourbon chicken . Chicken is raw . This is disgusting !
Recently placed an order over the phone and it seems I was misunderstood on my order. Previous orders didn't have this problem. However when I called and tried to sort things out it was if it was a hassle to even try and fix the issue.
It really sucks this happened. I really enjoy the flavor of the meifun chicken done with the curry spices. It has the right amount of spice for me and the noodles always have a good coating of the sauce.
Update: The restaurant made the issue right, and replaced the incorrect order. I did have to bring back the old order but it wasn't an issue for me to do so. I'm happy that they listened and fixed the problem.
Actually got a text message from Bei Jing letting us know that they were open on Christmas Day and order from them.
Ordered food at 5:30pm… it’s 8:41pm as I type this and have not received the food. Called at 6:30pm and was told “the driver was in the neighborhood and give them some time…” No delivery. Called at 7:30 and was told it should be there in 20 minutes. Have been trying to call and number goes straight to voicemail now.
Is this theft? I’m SURE this had to have happened to many people tonight.
Do you think they’ll even contact everyone that didn’t get their order and refund our money?
EDIT: at 9:00pm our order showed up!
ITS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE ????????????
Ordered two lunch specials with 2 shrimp egg rolls. One of the shrimp rolls look like someone took a bite out of it. There is no way you could not have noticed it prior to packaging. We are shocked and disappointed because we been patronizing the establishment for years with no issues.
First time eating here called and ordered the family dinner (3 meats 1 fried rice 3 egg rolls) and waited about 25 mins before leaving out get there and have to wait an additional 20 mins for the food.
Idk where the friendly reviews are coming from they were rude! A young lady asked for chop sticks and a fork for her meal and he rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breathe before giving her the chop sticks.
Once I got home and opened the containers I immediately called them back. I was given a bowl of onions instead of my meal(pic attached) called them and they told me that’s how the meal comes? A whole bowl of onions with no meat and refused to refund or justify it we were hungry as hell and had to go back out and spend money on something else.Definitely don’t recommend
Oh and the other chicken meal looked like they cooked old chicken the meat was tough and discolored we were scared to eat any of it
Quite literally the best Chinese food I have EVER had. The food is cooked fresh and served warm in quality packaging (for an amazing price). Not to mention, the service was incredible as I was kindly greeted by the sweetest young lady at the front desk (very helpful in helping me pick out my food). I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants quality food for a great price!!!
Very rude staff. Have mainly gone there in the past because it's close. Will drive a little further now to get better food and without getting snapped at. A Chinese restaurant that doesn't seem to know what tofu is. I give up.
