Worst pedicure I ever got! Will never go back! Kept telling the lady that she wasn’t doing a good job! But was ignored me
i went in to get acrylic nail. The man who did my nails was very rough and caused sores on the sides of my nail beds. I took note that he didn't clean his tools after each client. Unfortunately, I contracted a nail fugus that took months to get rid of. Also, he was very curt with me when I gave him instructions on what I wanted done with my nails. I stopped going once I discovered the fungus. i would give a zero if I could.
I have I have gone here twice and the lady Kim does an amazing job. I had the special treatment supreme pedicure which she exfoliated and massaged my calves and my feet and then dipped my feet and waxed with a warm towel. It was absolutely amazing! My nails turned out perfect and last for weeks. She also waxed my face and did my eyebrows and I've never had a better job done. I won't go anywhere else now Kim is my girl!
I've been going to this place for few years with no issues, always happy satisfied with my pedicures. Until this past friday. Not sure what he was on or thinking but I was cut on three places on my foot. He didn't apologize, just said oh you have thin skin. My foot got infected and swollen. I will not be going back.
The woman is very talented the man isn’t as patient or good in polishing and recreating styles. They charge you different up charges for the same services, I don’t know if they are giving themselves an extra 10.00 tip or what. The man is too rough on your cuticles, he had them bleeding and sore the next day.
This was my 1st time there. The man was very rough with my hands. He cut my finger, did not apologize, tried to pretend he didn't do it, even after I said ouch. I started bleeding and he still pretended like he couldn't see it or understand me.
Okay so I had never been to this location or nail place but it was closest to me at the time so I went in. Yes the man who did my nails was nice but I will never go back. I paid 48 almost 50 dollars for a painful experience. I had on other acrylics at the time, and instead of soaking them off, he cut them off extremely short cutting my real nail off underneath and the continued to forcefully pry the acrylics off my fingers. Even though I was showing extreme signs of discomfort, he continued until all nails were removed then he began the rest of the process which wasn’t any better, because he didn’t cut the new acrylic in the shape I wanted and he cut my cuticles to the point of them bleeding on not just one finger, but multiple, on both hands. He was very nice and kind but the way the nails were done weren’t acceptable.
I am totally disappointed with the service here. My nails and toes look like something I could have done at home. The lady did my pedicure in 10 mins. And she cute my toe nail on the side until it bleed. Never again will I go here.
