The owners are the loveliest people I have ever met (and there are two cute dogs). They took care of my feet which really needed some work. Helped with ingrown, dead skin, shaped up my nails and gave it a pretty polish. Prices are reasonable and the experience was relaxing. I’m going to become a regular here. Easily.
My pedicure was good but the owner has no personality at all. She is very cold and unfriendly. When trying to talk with her or ask her a question she barely replied with one word.. Witness the same treatment to those calls she took while I was there.
A smile would have at least been a nice justure and a thank you for your business, but nothing...
If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, PLEASE do not go to Beez nail salon! First time customer and will NEVER return. I’ve never had such a racist and disrespectful experience!
I went to this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure and after two days my gel manicure started to crack, which is unusual for a fresh manicure. I called ahead to ask if they would fix it and they told me to come in and they would take a look.
He initially offered to fix it, until I started asking questions. I was met with defensiveness when I asked how/why this would happen. The owner, Luke became combative and he couldn’t admit that they did a poor job and blamed the cracking and chipping on my nails.
It was clear to me that they weren’t willing to take ownership of their mistake. I was uncomfortable sitting down for him to fix my nails and requested a refund, he refused.
He then came around the table and got in my face and starting yelling at me. When I asked why he was so close to me he got closer and said he could do what he wanted because it was his business. He was physically threatening and refused to give me personal space. It was clear to me that I was treated this way because I was black. As I was leaving another customer was coming in and his tone and demeanor immediately changed.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but I I think it’s important for others to be warned. I didn’t read other reviews before my first visit, but this is not the first time someone has accused the owner of racist behavior. Eventually this behavior will catch up to him, and his business will suffer because of it.
Made an appointment at the recommendation of a friend. Cute place with a lot of choices and two cute dogs. Owners were friendly and professional. Because they had been running a little behind, they added a design on my nails for fun, something I've never done before. I would suggest an appointment if you are trying for a weekend visit. They had tons of walk-ins and were mostly booked. Highly recommend this place for a serene and lovely mani-pedi experience!
My daughter and I went to Beez Nails for a pedicure today. We've been there a few times and always left happy. Today they had an older woman working that had never serviced either of us before. She cut me 3 times. The last one was so bad she couldn't get it to stop bleeding after trying for 5 minutes even using SUPERGLUE!? I left with no polish, my request. (Hard to paint nails with blood draining all over the place.) The icing on the cake was that THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE PEDICURE! I have no polish and a bandage on my toe!
I would have gone back to the salon and requested NOT to have the older woman if Luke hadn't charged me. Luke and his wife are very nice people and they do a pretty good job. When he knew what happened and charged me anyway, he lost my business. If you go there RUN if you get the older lady!
Gel manicure lasted about 24 hours before it started peeling. Feels cheap. Staff was nice enough but wish they could have done a better job.
Wonderful job on my nails and toes. Very nice people who know what they are doing. Super clean also. Would highly recommend
Best pedicure ever. Place is nice and clean. Great customer service. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I was so relaxed. Definitely would come back every time I’m in Colorado Springs.
