We are from out of town. We stopped in here as recommended by family. We wanted to watch a March madness game. The manager, Marcus was so accommodating and turned the game on along with the sound which he didn’t have to do but he did. The food was amazing The pizza we had was prosciutto and arugula, and I bought two more to bring home when I left!!! The atmosphere is so unique and full of history. I would not pass up this place if I were you.! Delish!
Went to a corporate event and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their meat and cheese appetizer spread with fruits and nuts... best bread ever! Wood fired pizzas were wonderful too. (We had a buffet, so I tried three styles!) Great craft beer selection and a nice craft cocktail menu too! (See menu!)
I was not super impressed with the food. The dough for the pizza and sandwiches was really good. And I think had I gotten a different pizza I would have liked it more. I got the Do-re Miso pizza. And it was more sour than I would have liked on a pizza. I also got the Italian sandwhich. Again the bread was good. But I think all the cured meat on it made it too salty for me. The two items cost me $40 and as a whole it was not worth that money.
I stopped in to wet my whistle while out hiking across IN Dunes State/National Park since it was raining and the birds were hiding. Brittney was very friendly! Their Pontius Pilate IPA is delicious! Full bodied and the juice notes come through exceptionally. Definitely adding this to my favorites list!
Came here today to get some after-lunch drinks. The atmosphere is very unique, purposely mismatched chairs make for a different-but-cool interior. The service was good, we didn't have to ask for more water. And the drinks are delicious! I got a bloody Mary, and my fiance got the Tai Me Up drink. Both were delicious!! We didn't get any food, but that looks really good! Id love to come back and try food.
We love going to breweries and having really good beer and really good food. Unfortunately I can't say that about Beer Church Brewing. Beer was okay at best and the sandwiches we had were not good at all. I had the pastrami sandwich, because I live pastrami, but all I could really taste was pickles and not much else. My wife had the Portobello sandwich and there again not much flavor to it. We ate half, because we were hungry and left the other half. Total bill including tip 80.00. Oh well, not every brewery can do it right. I hope this review makes them think about the quality of the items they are selling and make some improvements. Atmosphere was good though and the server was great.
This is a really fun place to go. The outdoor space is amazing. There is a great selection of beer and other drinks. The server was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, and will absolutely be back several times.
Great spot to stop for a meal in New Buffalo, Michigan. Good beer and a primarily Italian menu. We enjoyed our time there. Fun space & good service. Recommended.
