Firstly, these guys fixed a problem that 7 other mechanics couldn't in less than a day. However, when I got my truck back, there were 2 new dents in the driver side door, and everything in the front passenger seat and front console was tossed in the back seat, including a cup that they broke. This didn't bother me too much seeing it's a work truck that already had a few dents, and the cup cost me 2 bucks. What bothered me was that I asked for a compression test and to replace the spark plugs along with diagnosing the main issue, which they didn't do. They just threw the spark plugs in the back seat and forgot about the compression test part.
Went for alignment and there was miscommunication, I posted a very upset review and the owner contacted me and made it right. Thank you, James. First shop in Beebe to actually help.
These folks are down-home kind folks. They KNOW their stuff!!! We bring all our vehicles to them and will continue to do so.
Went in for an alignment with a price of 100 dollars. Was called hours later stating its now going cost 200 dollars. I told them not to touch it and took it to Youngs Tire for the price of 120 and they took care of me. Its a shame that a small shop in Beebe would try to rip off a customer. Def would not recommend Beebe Auto Plaza to anyone.
If we did not stop at this great location, we would not have made it safely to Texas. Thank you James Linda, Keith and staff for the great job you did with our car. You guys are angels on earth in beebe, Arkansas and we will never forget the wonderful service and great job you did on our car. And we were able to attend the Cowboys game because of you. You guys rock!!!!
I have a had 3 vehicles fixed by this shop and the owner saved me $400 plus they do great work on Ford 6.0 diesels it's great to have a shop that is honest and know what they are doing on your vehicle. Great shop I send anybody that asks where the best mechanic is in town.
Great People. Took my daughters car there, they diagnosed it and fixed the issues sane day. She's back on the road..
The people here was amazing so nice when we broke down 3 hours from home and needed help they was right on it we r so thankful for them!!! And the lady in the office was so sweet to us and our son!!!!
