Kelly destroyed my hair. Not only would she "accidently" forget she had an appointment with me several times, even after confirming, she had a bad attitude. And my hair came out nothing like I wanted even after explaining it to her many times and showing her pictures. DO NOT GO HERE !!
Loved my experience with Nikki!
I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to write this review but after coming here twice I am absolutely in love and don’t plan to go to any other stylist. My friend recommended me to her after she got her hair bleached blonde and I had a chance to look at Nikki’s Instagram page to know what experience she had.
The first time she colored my hair I was skeptical about how light my hair could go. BOY, WAS I SURPRISED! Nikki was able to lighten my hair so much that I didn’t even recognize myself! Not to mention the fact that with such a limited timeframe, she was able to squeeze me in and get my hair done just hours before hopping onto my flight at LAX to go to Tokyo!
Nikki is such a personable and charismatic woman and I enjoy having my hair done by her. She’s definitely considerate of your concerns and your requests and has a lot of great recommendations on products to use for afterwards as well.
The second time I came through, I asked to go much lighter and to cut off a significant chunk. She definitely got my hair to a lighter blonde and I’m excited to get that much closer to ash blonde/silver.

Great customer service ! I was supposed to get my hair done with Kelly but due to a family emergency , I was unable to make it. Kelly was very understanding I thank you for that!

Nikki did my hair and she was awesome!!! Highly recommend her.. I showed her exactly how I wanted my hair and it's exactly what I expected.. I've been to alot of hair salons asking for this specific color/look and no one has been able to do it BUT Nikki did and I'm definitely coming back for a tone in a couple months..
AVOID THIS SALON. They ruined my black clothes during my service. Look at these bleach stains! They’re very unprofessional and should not be doing hair on people. Their salon is a mess and has bleach stains everywhere too. Read other people’s warnings and reviews before you decide to get your hair done, especially with Nikki.

I showed Kelly the haircut I wanted and she completely ignored my requests and botched my hair into the shape of an egg. What frustrated me most is that she rushed my haircut in order color hair for another client, and ruined my hair in the process.
