The customer service is good. I was assisted and after trying a few wigs bought a very good quality wig.
This wig shop is tidy, well stocked and the employee was quite knowledgeable.
However this wig shop does not have a handicap entranceway. Parking is at the front of the building.
They have great customer service and just about any product you may be looking for. Charlie, the owner is ver nice and pleasant. The employees are always willing to assist! I love it here
I would NEVER go here again! They are very prejudice & will eye you up & down in the store like a criminal. One time, I came INSIDE the store with the alarm triggering & they IMMEDIATELY wanted to search my purse. You have no right to look or search inside my private property.
Couldn't find fitted baseball caps.
The owner followed my son around as if he was trying to steal. They had no idea that he was in the store with me because I was looking for supplies myself and he was doing the same. The owner accused my son of opening and sticking his fingers in a jar of conditioner. He yelled at him and I had to immediately intervene because he was out of order. I felt like my son was racially profiled! I’ll never buy anything from this establishment again!
This is the one by Cook Road. Me and my 14 year old daughter went and the whole time the older lady behind the counter watches us--especially my daughter! Other than that, the store was well organized, reasonable prices and a nice size selection. I found it insulting as a Black, paying customer being treated like a potential criminal. We paid for our items then left. My daughter was quite upset.
I did not feel valued as a customer. I wanted to see a wig in a package to see the length. They said no. Why would I purchase something I cant see. They were not friendly or helpful. I use to shop there all the time. It is new unfriendly people now. I ask for assistance and lady start huff and puff like she was being disturbed. Went to another beauty store. I felt valued. They open package to let Me see and I purchased product.
I will never shop at this store again. Even though they do no refunds only exchanges, they will not give you a dollar back!! $1.00. She keep trying to find something for .99. While another customer was waiting to checkout. At one point she changed out my hair glue and .53 was left and she took the other bottle back because it was still to much money to give back to me Freaking ridiculous! She got it down to .01 and refunded that back. Lost a customer! Over $1.09. SMH
