My nails weren’t not prep well and when I went to remove my index nail that was naturally coming off it lifted my natural nail way more than usual causing bleeding. I went back to remove the remaining of my nails afraid they will also bleed. I shared my disappointment and they still charged for the nail removal not taking into consideration what happened and the many times I’ve been to this location and have tipped $20. I left the nail salon with dry ugly nails. Didn’t even care to add oils or a clear coat. Not so good customer service either. So so disappointed. I found this place to be really good and now I’m back at looking. They are really good for pedicures.
Love my nails and toes so pretty. Everyone was really nice. The place is easy to find and opens 30 min earlier than any other nail shop, which was super convenient.
NAIL INFECTION ALERT!!!!
Your nails will be INFECTED if you go to this salon. I’ve been going here for years with my husband but the lady butchered both my big toes last Saturday. I still have a tip. Fast forward4 days now,
I have a. Bad nail infection I have to take antibiotics and get it drained. I have no medical condition to cause this
It's raining and my kids really wanted to get their nails done. Please don't ask how this comes into their mind. All I know is I needed to find a place that was open at 9:00 in the morning and surprisingly there are not a lot of places open at 9:00 in the morning but this place was and we got there early at 8:55 and they still took us in and this lady patiently trimmed and painted my kids nails with no question or concern. She treated them like VIPs and that they were welcomed and she spoke to them and was just very kind. It was such a good experience that I definitely want to go back to get my own nails done here and I don't even get my nails done. And she only charged me $5!!!!

I was seated immediately and my nail technician was named Windy. She was super kind and very accommodating for me. And her work was BEAUTIFUL!!!! And the shape is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out. This was my first time getting my nails done at Beauty Zone and I am definitely going to become a regular.

I wanted to like this place. And they did a pretty good job. BUT be aware they do try and upsell you on everything!
I told them I wanted the basic deluxe gel pedi and she chose the MOST EXPENSIVE ONE… I don’t think that’s right.. but I guess you have to make money somehow…
There was just a shady vibe and I don’t think I’ll be back
