I’ve visited three times and each time I received outstanding customer service
One of the best hair stores in Jackson hands down. They have everything you could possibly need; also they have the best phone repair prices I have researched throughout the city. The owner and Staff there are very informative and have great customer service skills. Definitely stand out above the rest!
I give this hire store a one star for customer service. They are supposed to be open until 8pm on this day but they closed early at 6. So I knocked on the door and the manager finally came to the door. So I asked him why are you closed, his reply was because I wanted to be closed. Then he give me a smug look.... SMH only in Jackson Mississippi WOW! I will never visit this store again.
This place had all the unique items I like, except the pure Shea butter. They only sale the yellow and it seems old. I'm still giving them five because I did not really go there for Shea butter and that is not the focus of the store.
It was good.I found what I was looking for an the price was good,I spent less than I expected.

They need 2 do better with they employees. The young lightskin young lady was very professional. The darker young lady need some customer service skills and a better attitude. She is horrible.
This was my first time in this store and customer service was excellent, the lady stopped what she was doing to help and didn’t walk away until we found what I was looking for. I most definitely will be back !
They Slick Lied About All Them Good Sales .. But If You're Looking For Something Here You'll Really Have 2 Look Cause Stuff Be So Mixed Up ????????♀️
