Fredia is a very kind person, but pretty unreliable when it comes to getting in contact with you about canceling your appointment I live pretty far away and my appointment was canceled 36 minutes before the actual appointment. I was texted that she was not gonna make it and could I reschedule for a few hours later thankfully I had not left my house and gone to the appointment because I hadn't heard from her after texting her for a few days trying to confirm the appointment. We finally came up with a time that worked. I went to the appointment later that afternoon my hair was braided. The parts are all completely uneven, I ended up getting a lot of bumps in my hair due to the braids being so tight and redness I'm extremely concerned about my edges...I texted Fredia and it's been eight days since I texted her I reached out two or three different times and have yet to hear anything in regards to helping me remedy the situation. My entire scalp from front to back looks like this. Hopefully my hair is not gonna fall out and now I have to pay someone else to do my hair after spending $250 to get it braided Unfortunately I won't be going back. I wish Fredia would have responded to my text and pictures so we could have fixed this privately

She knows so much about hair, is patient, funny, loves to educate you about YOUR hair & asks enough ???s to give you the style that fits your personality! I have always had the best experience with Freida! Been with her for years. When I have important dates coming up and I know I want to question if my hair will look perfect, I come to her! Freida is not only a great stylist but great company as well. I love spending my time at the shop because she makes the great. Truly appreciate Frieda and her talent. She’s a busy woman so make sure you book well ahead for what you need!
I always get my hair done by Freida and I always leave her shop feeling fabulous and beautiful. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and it definitely shows! I’d highly recommend because not only is her work great so is her personality! It’s a fun experience overall so she’s my go to hair stylist!
Freida is talented, professional and warm hearted. She has made my hair grow and very healthy. She doesn’t treat you like cattle- she cares!. She takes her time and gets it right! She’s done my weaves, braids, deep conditioning washes etc. I’m VERY picky and to this day I’ve NEVER had a complaint. Thank you Freida. I’m a forever faithful client.

I really appreciate freida my hair always looks fabulous and not only that; she treat my hair she’s more than just a Miracle worker on all types of situations of hair but she has that care in her hands the knowledge of hair and skin& her products are effective and she has all different types of hair textures in her chair I’m never rushed she’s always professional welcoming and making sure she delivers what you vision . Frieda is a excellent stylist I can’t express it more I always get so many compliments people willing to travel the distance for the woman who don’t pull edges out she treat and nurture and help regrow them
