I ran across those beauty supply store months ago(2023) and I was in hair heaven because they have all types of styles of hair to choose from. I couldn't find the hair I needed on my side of town, so I ran back to Beauty To Go on my lunch hr from Suffolk and got exactly what I was looking for ???? they definitely will be my "go to"....
Your I had the honor of finally finding a excellent beauty supply store which reminded me of the ones that’s in big city this place is every girls dream it has all least trend hair products, wigs price start at $20 and up T-shirts, scarfs, blow dryers, keratin treatment products, perms, I brought at least 8 wigs this year the hair prices are so affordable love the team that work there they let you shop and browse without any hassle or pressure to buy. They let you try on up to 2 wigs they provide wig cap They were also kind and quickly available to help even the men that work there because the store has just so many products that customer service is excellent love their wigs options they have every type of style they even have braiding hair. Ponytail hair, shampoo, conditioner for natural hair, make up, nails, purse, jewelry, hair products for men and men who cut hair for a living they have all products you need l, car accessories and so much more. Go check them out it’s definitely a 10|10
I give this place a try seasonally, quite literally maybe 4 times a year, for about two-ish years now. Huge store, really, lots of square footage, and lots of product.
Good selection for general cosmetology products.
Customer service lacks significantly, in my interactions it seems with that much product they're constantly moving/adjusting the store visuals, and seem way more focused on that than customer service.
Any time I go in looking for a specific color, measurement, or lace, if you ask what they have they either don't know or it's an immediate "no, we don't have any at all". You really have to dig on your own and keep asking for help. Most times when I go in I am very flexible with my measurements and colors that I want, and they say they don't have any at all, then after searching myself and asking for a specific wig it magically appears in stock.
The wigs are always fairly pricey, with an occasional good deal. They're always marking product down, it seems. But even still, majority of the time product is way above general market price, and even the 20-30% off that they run sometimes only knocks it down a bit, still being above what's considered a "fair" price to pay.
All in all the store is really nice, nice layout and selection. But almost always there's plenty of associates that could assist but don't seem too interested. I would say if they balanced presentation and customer service it could be a way better experience.
I'm in the industry, and I understand seasonal inventory bumps, and busy days, but any time I pop in- whether slow or busy, rain or sun, in general they don't seem to care whether you buy anything or not- which is unusual for a "luxury/super store" experience.
Welcoming Staff, very helpful. The store is always clean and organized. Pricing is fair compared to some of the other competitors.
Great place to shop at!Mj was very helpful and informative! She was attentive and knew what I needed! Also, she was patient , understanding and kind which is rare to find now days! This lady helped me FIND what I needed and it was WORTH IT❤️‼️

I had such a great visit at Beauty to Go. They recently announced a sale on certain items in the store and when I tell you all the workers were very attentive and willing to make sure they assist you and find whatever you need. I felt like I was at home shopping at Beauty to Go because they made sure if I could not find what I needed that they will go to the back and grab what is needed. When you are looking for an item , the workers automatically know what aisle the item is located at to make sure you are going in the right direction. This store just have such amazing sales and deals please follow them on instagram for any updates and sales on your favorite item !!!
Good customer service by the Indians. The selections were good, and the cost was very reasonable.
Always clean & easy to find what you want. The worker was very helpful & had a great attitude. I go here all the time.
