Really didn’t want to put a Star but I had to just to leave a comment. I’ve been going here since a young girl. It’s really sad how they watch you an make you feel so uncomfortable. I know they have to watch their product but why make it so obvious? Very rude not nice at all. I will be driving to ktown hair store when I need something. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business!
The only thing about this place they don't let you try the wigs on, so if you take it home and it's not right, you can't return it either. I would not feel comfortable paying for an expensive wig, and I don't know what I am getting.
They will follow you around the store and stare the entire time, then have an attitude when you ask for assistance.
Why build a store catering to the black community if you’re going to go out of your way to make us feel uncomfortable in your store? Definitely won’t be back.
I’d rather order from a black owned store online and wait a week for my items to arrive than spend my money somewhere that operates with racist tendencies.
I am appalled at their behavior! They followed us the entire time, making me and my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. There was a moment when I thought an older lady was my daughter because I turned around to measure some hair on my child and it was the older lady standing right behind me. I had to voice that if I feel like I'm being followed that I wouldn't spend a dime in here and that's when she decided to ease away, but she went on the next isle. I felt uneasy and obviously i'm not the only one. I will not return. Get professional security if it's that crucial, but don't make customers like myself feel uncomfortable shopping when you're the one who opened a business for customers to shop in the first place.
High prices...minimum selection...folks follow you around...hard to tell what the prices are for things...overpriced shampoo, condtioner, grease etc...go to killeen to get your hair more to choose from!
