I was disrespected by the older asian lady on 8/19/2023. I showed her the hair my wife wanted on my phone. She asked to hold my phone so she could see it, then she read out loud my shopping list. She told me she was reminding me of the list. Then she asked me if the hair was really for myself.
Great customer service. They have everything I need for my hair and prices are really good. Also my husband got suits for our wedding party and they looked awesome! It saved us a ton of money
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All FOUR of us (let me illiterate) ALL FOUR OF US walk in to get nails. And we get nothing but eyeballs the whole time from an employee. Not gonna mention the gender. Then we go to check out and that same employee states that he/she wasn’t gonna check us out. Alright. Needless to say this won’t be our last visit. ????????♀️
Unprofessional and they try to overcharge you. Check prices on items before purchasing and the owner gets mad if u call her out on it..
They have a lot of products but the quality of the hair (wigs & bundles) is not worth buying. Richmond have a better selection and quality of hair at a much cheaper price.
