Fair prices! Some staff are kinder than others! Signed up for their rewards program you earn 3% on every purchase. I think that’s pretty cool! I spent $50 on a new blow dryer some supplies and a few packs of hair I think that’s extremely reasonable prices!
The amount of supplies and wigs is abundant, and the service was great.
The full human wig in natural black I got however is not the best and says it’s not dyed but after one wash the water was black and there are light brown/ blonde hairs showing. Even stitching from the built in wig cap is coming undone. And since you can’t return wigs it’s a bit of a risk especially since you’re paying so much.
They are not reasonable. They don't give money back and that's a big issue in the community. Not sure how they get away with no refunds, even if you're still in the store. You can get a refund at the biggest and best stores. This needs to changed. It's unfair to the consumers who support these places for years.

Today was my first time going to this place and I felt very uncomfortable,the old lady at the register kept staring at me throughout the whole time. I couldn’t even shop properly without feeling uncomfortable. She was also very rude when I paid,which I should of left the stuff after being treated that way. If she’s not the owner,the real owner needs to hire someone else for the register,people like her will make your business go down,people will not return. Won’t be going back to this place anymore.
I’m a 32 year old teacher. I visited this store for some lashes because my lash tech was unavailable and I thought about just doing myself some strips. The old lady at the register watched me like a hawk. It was so bad that my sister came over and said she’s watching you like you’ll steal. I put all those cheap lashes back on the rack and left. I’ll wait and go to my lash tech before I allow myself to be treated like that. There were other people there but she continued to watch me. It was my first and last visit. I bent over to see something closer to the ground. The lady stood on her tiptoes to continually watch my every move. Someone asked her a question, she didn’t even make eye contact with them when she answered the question because she was still watching me. I was there about 5 minutes and she stared the entire 5 minutes. If you’re someone who keeps stores like this in business, drive a bit further to twin beauty at 2424 greenhouse rd. That’s where I usually visit. I was just passing by this beauty empire but I was stereotyped and the old lady was stereotypical. So sad and pathetic of her.
