Always have what I need, very friendly and helpful. Wigs are over priced now that inflation is upon us. They use to be the best place to get good wigs for great prices but now not so much.... Highly recommend????????????????????????????????????????
I love this store!! I don't even live near it anymore but still drive here for all my needs! They have everything you can ask for! Decent prices and always in stock! I love their fur sandals the most. I come here just for them sometimes!
I hadn't got a lace front in years,so I finally wanted it and the only one I let do my lace front is Maria at Beauty Empire on Griggs,She is Awesome and such a Sweet Lady????????????I'm definitely going back I seen to many I want ????????????

I have went to this beauty supply for years and I always receive excellent service, the employees are always helpful and patient and I leave satisfied. Now, I guess they have new staff members this Mlk location has went down. I do not like the customer service here specially by the employee Celest she is the Hispanic that’s taller than the other girls, long black hair with a nasty attitude. I will never go back to this location again. I recommend management to hire new friendly people that can handle the customers.
My go to for my lace fronts! Staff is friendly and always helps me when I'm fighting with what looks great on me (so many selections) Price are awesome and a large selection too to fit anyone budget. Best place I've been referred to in a long time!
Walked into the store to purchase some hair and 4 employees are standing there talking. Did not even acknowledge me as a customer. Could not find the hair I was looking for and was not even offered help. I approached them to ask for help and said it would have been nice if they provided customer service instead of chit chatting. She pointed me to the hair. And said well she just got there and she doesn’t ask customers if they need help because they say they’re just looking. Excuse me? Well every customer is not the same. The place will be closed for business or shut down once I’m done because they are doing fraudulent things as well. So to the owner next time you want to hire undocumented immigrants, make sure at least they will be nice and provide customer service to your customers.
