Which I could give them zero stars. I purchased a multifunction waver on Sunday, June 5th, when I got home, it wasn't working. Because I bought it 5 minutes before the store closed, I could not return it, so I returned it on Monday, June 6th. When I got there they told me no return or exchange on electronics, weaves, and multiple stuff. So now not only do I get stuck with an unused not working waver iron but I lost all my money. I had to throw it in the trash. My advice to anyone shopping here, please be careful when buying anything. Ask if the item can return or be refunded. The cash was so mean, no even attempt to help with the item. No sympathy. I was hoping even to get a store credit
I love how they greet you once u walk in and once I can’t find something they notice and immediately help me and give me advice and personal recommendations on products . They are Very professional and helpful and kindhearted ☺️
Love love LOVE this beauty supply! I literally go in not knowing what I plan to get and always come out with a bag full of goodies. The customer service is excellent. They greet every guest as they come through the door. I personally come here for Mona. She is AWESOME!!! She always helps me in my many moments of indecisiveness. She's also my wig enthusiast lol when in doubt she always helps me decide which wig fits me best. From products to wigs I literally go to Mona for everything and even if she's not sure she gives me the best advice she can.

NOT ONE GREETED ME OR ASKED IF I NEEDED SOME HELP. They were more watching me then anything. I will tell my family and friends about this. We will no longer shop at this location.
This is my go to place for everything hair. They have the largest selection of all types of hair at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I overheard someone saying that the place is getting ready to be sold. Not sure if it's a rumor or not, but it's has been closed with chains on the door for about a month now. I check every other day to see if it's open and so far they are not.
I happened to be in this area, so I decided to stop by for my essential haircare products, and my experience was absolutely awful. The employees were unprofessional and significantly lacked substantial service. I inquired about the various edge controls and the Hispanic female employee displayed reluctance and indifference towards assisting me. The employees were also carrying on side conversations. She was also really rude when it came time to process my transactions. Finally when she finished ringing me up, I had to say thank you. She didn’t even say you’re welcome. I was so angry at this poor service and informed the owner, but he did not seem to possess any care towards addressing the manner. I will just make it a duty to never revisit and strongly recommend others to do the same.
I have been to 6 other beauty supply stores to buy synthetic hair called "Jamaican Twist." This is the only place that had it. Not only that, they had a variety of different brands and new colors I've never even heard of. I love how this store focuses on all of their customer's different styles. The other beauty supply stores only focus on whats trending leaving out people like myself who dare to create their own style.
Love this spot. They have a huge variety of hair. Some you won't find anywhere else. The prices are fair. They also have great customer service. Def check them out!
