Terrible customer service, little to no communication concerning appointments. The lady NEVER answers the phone. I recommend going to Raleigh for your eyebrows.
I naturally have thick and curly eyebrows. And I should have not took a chance and stood with my regular. Did not clean eyebrows , comb, or offer whitchazel / lotion after threading. More painful than when normally getting threading and I’ve been threading my eyebrows for 6 years , mainly cause she moves the thread slowly across brow and cuts off way too much. I asked for a clean up liking thicker and fuller brows, I had to pencil in due to them being incredibly thin! ????????she offered a dirty hand held mirror when done. Overall as quick as it was it was not worth the time, there’s no passion in her work as to actually listen to what the customer / client ask and still does what she wants. The nerve to ask do I want my upper lip threaded after I literally went through the pain in my eyebrows, I know threading is not pain free however this experience was horrid. She very well gave off NAIL SALON WAX atmosphere . As a new customer not knowing how to even enter the location of her office shop, she did not display a welcoming manner. Prices are higher to not include proper cleaning before and after service. I recommend a location by the mall in a boutique for this location and she charges $10 clean very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately she’s only available on Tuesday’s now. I will never come here or recommend and this is not a tear down but factual based off my personal experience. I should’ve waited or went to Raleigh. Amazing brows , I am pissed my eyebrows are gone and it will take over a month to get them back to achieve my natural full look, without needing make up!
I’m from maryland so i was looking online because i really needed my eyebrows done and if i’m being honest I usually am not the type of person to come on here and write a review but oh lord, this woman absolutely messed my eyebrows up. I went back to my dorm crying because of how bad they were, I will never let anyone ever touch my eyebrows unless it’s back home in maryland. This woman does not know what she is doing. I have really thick eyebrows and just needed a clean and after she was done she had shaped them and they were so thin, she took so long to do it too and not just that she cuts very slow which makes it even more painful and the whole experience was so bad. never ever coming here ever again and I wish her luck in her business but if you have thick eyebrows and really care about them do not come here.
Been coming to see Mrs. Kumud since I moved here to Greenville 2 years ago. She made my eyebrows perfect all the time. Very sweet lady. She sells pretty Indian jewelries. Bought a couple of necklaces from her. I would advise to call first before showing up.
It seems like the woman that did my eye brows was in a rush and had a attitude so I will not be going back.
I recently moved to Greenville in the past month and have been looking for a place that would do a great job shaping my eyebrows. My eyebrows naturally are sisters and not twins, which is why it is important to find someone to shape them. The first time I came to the location, it was an okay experience because my eyebrows were mostly being cleaned up. The second time, I came in and my eyebrows needed to be shaped more. My eyebrows where not shaped properly and they were uneven. I communicated this to her and she immediately became defensive telling me that they were even. I let her know that I would pay her for services but that I was not satisfied with my eyebrows. When I went to pay she was upset and told me “you always come in here and are always dissatisfied.” I have only been here for about a month and let her know that that I’ve only visited her business once before. She then told me “the last time you came in here you also complained.” I let her know that was not true and that I would not be coming back. I did not appreciate the way she responded to my feedback and felt disrespected as she had clearly confused me with someone else.
I came to her with 5 months of outgrown eyebrows, and she listened to what i wanted and did exactly that. She is patient and very gentle (although I prefer thorough and fast). I’d call before going in because the building is locked due to COVID. It's only $10 dollars. She can help shape and clean up your eyebrows. However, I do have thicker eyebrows and wish a little bit more details was given to them. Can't beat the price and her kindness.
Edit: I typically come home with stray hairs and have to finish cleaning the rest myself (and it's hard to thread your own eyebrows, and becomes easy to cut yourself). Because of this I've opted to go less, but I still appreciate her place and services.
She was very nice. Eyebrows look great. She was even very nice to my daughter and that’s a big plus for me. I love her eyebrow tint that I purchased from her. She was very much a sweet heart. I must say her threading is a tab bit more painful than my past salons, but it’s not like she is snatching hair forcefully I guess it’s her thread or the way she threads. She was quick n really nice. Other than that I’ll be returning. Thanks! ????????
