My first experience the stylist over processed my hair. She was kind and happily corrected it. Today I was supposed to have my 2nd appointment. i show up and no one is there. I called my stylist to find out that she is no longer living in town or working there. This is after several texts to confirm my appointment and confirming. This is very poor professionalism. Back to looking for an upstanding salon!
Had an appointment yesterday with Ms. Kaniesha Newton and my experience & end result was amazing! This was my first time getting my hair done professionally, my mom was the only person to ever touch my hair other than myself. It’s a comfortable environment and very good with time management. I will definitely be returning ????
I really hate to do this, because I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this was the second consecutive appointment that I've booked in the last 6 months with the same stylist (shay) and she has been severely late. If I've scheduled an appointment, then I don't expect to be waiting for 45 minutes or an hour PLUS because you've failed to show up on time or someone is still in your chair upon my arrival. These are the types of experiences that keep someone from becoming a regular customer. Late without reaching out for an explanation AND didn't even address the issue of your blatant tardiness. As a paying customer, that's a major NO. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought the first time was a mishap, but after this, I definitely will not book with the same stylist.
**Sidenote and a 5 star rating** Luckily for me and my little princess, another stylist stepped in and exceeded expectations. A little more $, but TOTALLY worth it. She most definitely has all of my future business. Thank you Ms. Kay, you are a real life saver and we look forward to working with you again. ????????????

Cheers to my hairstyles...had an last minute (literally on the way) call from my daughter's school while on the way to appt..ms juicy was so understanding ...sitter picked her up from the salon...also friendly family environment ....love the whole vibe...

Love that they cater to natural hair! I've had braids done by both Jasmine and Shay and was very satisfied!
