Went here last weekend. Got my nails and toes done. I used to go here years ago and decided to try them again reluctantly after reading the reviews. I had no complaints. I will give them another shot when it’s time for a fill in.
When I moved here 15 years ago I started getting my nails done here then started going other places but been back a few months and I love it
I've been coming here for years. They are so nice and do a great job on manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Prices are very reasonable, too!
My son gets terrible ingrown toenails and was cutting his nails "wrong" according to the podiatrist. I started bringing him here, and he hasn't had problems since.
They have excellent service and make each customer feel special! I have a tendency to ingrown toenails on my big toes and they can always keep them from becoming ingrown! My feet and hands always look and feel great when they ste done!
My wife had a manicure and pedicure done here and I’ve been with her to a lot of different nail salons and this is the worst one I’ve seen all up and down the east coast.. they put the paint on her nails so thick that as soon as we left, I touched her nails and it peeled right off. They pushed back her cuticles uneven on each finger and sat her in a seat for a pedicure. For her fingernails to dry they decided it was a good idea to put a big fan pointed directly at her that was about 8 feet away. Also there was only 1 person in there. I have no idea how they have 3 stars and not 1. Terrible terrible service
A nail salon has to be pretty bad for a husband to get on and write a complaint.
I wouldnt have given them any stars if it was an option. Took my daughter there for her 13th birthday and had her nails done. Two days later 2 fell off. We went back to ask to get them fixed and were told they would redo them for half price.......should have been fixed at no charge. Wont go back!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Bad experience all around. Half-ass pedicure. The middle-aged guy did my toes. Didn't clean under the nails. He applied lotion on my legs and my heels AFTER my toes were polished, like it was an afterthought. No lotion on the front half of my feet. Then he grabbed my shoes and purse and made me walk to a chair in front of a fan. Mind you, I'm walking across a public floor on my bare feet (still slippery with the half-foot lotion weirdness. Guess I should be thankful I could grip the floor with the ultra-dry front half of my feet). Then... here's the icing on the cake... He says it's $20. I hand him $20 cash and ask for change for my other $20 (for a tip). He gives me 4 x $5s. No $1 bills at all. So slimy and manipulative. He was forcing a $5 tip. What a devious person. Never again. Buh-bye.
Gentleman helped me with my elderly fathers nail. He did a great job never did he get more professional looking nails. My dad suffers from parkinson. I will be returning with my daughter on July 10, 2108 for additional work.
