Best WLM Reviews
I've been wanting to eat here for over a year and I finally took the opportunity to do it. As you should be able to see in my pictures, the sausage on top is the gator and it was almost as good as Beau's personally homemade smoked country sausage. Both are full of flavor as the gator doesn't have any wildness to it, so I had to ask to make sure which sausage was which. I definitely loved the blackened chicken afredeux despite it being plane Jane to bring out the robust fresh made daily sauce. The chicken wasn't overly cooked or burnt. It had the right amount of smokey chardnes to compliment the noodles. I could eat either separately and not be disappointed. I'll definitely will bring the kids and potential mate for a one time unforgettable experience as I suggest you should do the same as you casually drive by or curios to see if it's worth my high review or not.
I've been driving past Beau's for a while and finally stopped by to grab some lunch after a friend had told me that they had the best smoked greens they had ever tasted in their life. I got a gumbo special and some greens to go and both dishes were so delicious ???? My dad is from New Orleans and makes a pretty mean gumbo but Beau's gumbo was just as good. It had a great, thick and creamy dark roux and the sausage and chicken in it were full of flavor and very soft and moist. The greens were great as well with a lot of flavor. I definitely recommend Beau's!
My friend and I were travelling back up to Kansas City and decided to make a detour for some good BBQ. SOOOOO glad we did! It was awesome!
He had a Napoleon, and I had pulled pork sandwich. Along with a little bit of brisket. The meat was perfect. Tender, thick and just the right amount of done on the edges. There were 3 types of sauce that were also good. But, I'm telling ya...you don't even need the sauce...that good!
Nice size portions, too. I had a side of Southern style collards that was delicious, but I was so full from the BBQ that I couldn't finish them.
If you are anywhere near can't recommend enough making a direct line to Beau's!
It’s a food truck with a nice roof over picnic tables.
I got a great amount of ribs and collard greens. Good food. It’s pricer because it’s not fast food.
I’m a big Smokin Joes fan but it’s nice to have a different flavor every now and then.
I’ll try something different next time around.
Beau's Bayou Smokehouse comes highly recommended on Google maps. can concur. :-) I live in Kansas City around the greatest smokehouse's in the world.
Chef Beau does burnt ends better than anything I have ever tasted in Kansas City. In fact, he's got Kansas City BBQ beat by mile. no joke. I recommend Beau's little smoke shop out on the road. holy smokes! That Cajun can cook.
Thank you, Beau.

These two!!!! They are an amazing team and Beau has worked hard to get here! Always has new ideas and they taste scrumptious everytime!
If more than one says it then it must be true!
I just know he was good enough he catered my wedding and we have cali family so for us to still hear about the brisket says volumes of his level of craftsmanship with the smoker grill and even his desserts!
Whew! This was some good pulled pork and the best pit beans I've had in my life followed by banana pudding cheesecake. Oh my. We'll be returning to this food truck in Farmington like many of the other regulars I heard the chef greet with, "Your usual?"Tasted like coming home...if your mama is a damn good Southern BBQ cook, that is.
Location had two picnic tables and plenty of parking.
Drove down from Bella Vista. Circled around this food truck and never saw it because we were looking for a dine-in restaurant lol.
This really started our day off properly.
Beau and Cat are two very wonderful people. The cooking is absolutely wonderful. Melt in your mouth meat. These two wonderful folks have such passion for what they do. Yeah we're looking forward to the long drive down again very soon.
