Worst experience ever I made appointment which wasn’t honored someone was getting haircut in my time slot then barber informed me I had wait until rest appointments were resolved. Poor scheduling, customer service
Over time, I’ve grown to enjoy coming to this barbershop. I’ve had great barbers, less than good experiences, but what keeps me coming back is the ownership. The owner, Beatriz, is sweet and kind and clearly cares about people. She’s very communicative and runs a smooth operation in the heart of South Arlington with a diverse clientele and barber staff. Brandon is the best ever!!!!!!! Love love him! He does the best job ever. I have been going to him for 5 plus years. He’s the absolute best of the best. In fact I would put him against anyone in the whole DC area!!!
They made me wait 30 mins in line and started working on someone else's hair who spoke their language and had walked in way after i did.
